It is so rewarding to have this service membership. Regardless of my question, Best Buy's Totaltech has resolved all my technical needs. I am 76 and it is so nice to have your technicians respond quickly and professionally IN MY HOME! I will continue to renew my Totaltech Membership as I have done in the past. This service is invaluable!

This is great because you get to protect all your stuffs depending on the years they give you but you also get exclusive deals and first hand drops

Definitely glad to be a member of this program. Thankfully we have not had any product issues on the numerous appliances we've purchased so far, but it's good to know that if something does arise, it will be taken care of.

This membership has made my experience with exchanges and technical support so much easier. I have a reassurance of knowing that my items have a backup plan for any technical issues, troubleshooting, returns, and exchanges when needed. The customer service is amazing and they are so helpful. I would give it 10 stars if I could. This is the best investment I’ve made in a protection plan thus far. I definitely recommend!

Had many items that were fixed or replaced using this plan. Paid for itself just on the installation and hall away of a couple of appliances. If you buy more than 1 electronic device per year or need new appliances this is a great safety net. Just don't mistakenly cancel it, website / profile on membership has a glitch that can lead you to think you are double charged for the free antivirus that comes with. They cannot recover a cancelled account.

The membership is a great value and is used whenever I’m in the market for any electronic item.

It's good, but it's bad. Who can comprehend that? I pay for the membership (and it ain't cheap), and then still get my head split to the white meat when I come back with a mechanical issue. Y'all know how these electronics are. Like a dolt I let this lapse, then needed it when we had to get a new desktop for my husband. I learned my lesson and won't let that happen again! The services provided are simply too important for us, especially as we get older.

I have had my membership for 6 years and find it so incredibly valuable. I feel complete confidence in taking all my computers to have them cleaned up and cache cleared, etc at least twice a year. Knowing that I have the ability to get in quickly to a service tech makes this a great insurance policy!

This was recommended by the online agent. It appears to be a good value as I purchased a new smart TV and soundbar. It covers them for 2 years. I just need to remember to cancel next year before it renews.

I haven't used the perks of it since nothing i have bought have given me problems. But i saved alot on warranty and yet i am secure i love it
