Was told by multiple customer service reps they would be able to install. Ordered double oven in April, finally installed in October. Called multiple times and was told delay was due to oven backorder. Seems reasonable due to Covid supply chain issues. However, after multiple calls over the span of a few months, was eventually told reason for delay is that the electrician does not service our area. I was told this months after purchase. I asked for refund of Totaltech membership because they were unable to deliver the service that was promised. Initially told I would get full refund to my credit card and that wouldn't be a problem. Then I received a prorated gift card for the refund. Despite multiple calls made to Totaltech, hours on hold, and countless times I was hung up on... I was eventually told they would only give gift card at prorated rate because it was past the cancellation period. Had I known the electrician did not service the area I would have canceled it immediately. We previously ordered washer and dryer set through BestBuy and had great luck. I recommended them to friends and family. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend BestBuy after this experience.
