This is s great deal. I had malware and McAfee, tmobile, no one would fall with it. Geek Squad reset and removed the viruses in 1 day in each of my computers.

Over the past 12 months, I had about five issues requiring support from the Geek Squad. I was quickly connected to the right support person and they provided a quick resolution. I needed service from the local Geek Squad and took the laptop to the local store where I was quickly serviced by a knowledgeable professional.

Best Buy Total™ membership is another option offered by Best Buy that's worth more than it costs. If you plan to get some of the features anyway, go for this. It comes with service and (if you want to call it that) "protection" options that would otherwise cost quite a bit. I call it "protection" because, if you have problems with hardware or software, it becomes Best Buy's problem, not yours. That's a good value in my view.

Can't go wrong with getting total tech. You save so much money and get so much more peace of mind.

Covers repair costs for geek squad, worth it for major PC concerns

I was hesitant at first to purchase this membership given that you can't pay month to month, but I have already taken advantage of it and can see myself continuing to renew! I saved several hundred dollars on a new monitor I purchased, which balanced out the cost of the membership, while also tacking on an additional 2 year warranty direct from best buy, so if I have an issue they will handle it directly vs me needing to hassle with the manufacturer.

This really is a great value, it comes with all the bells and whistles at a reasonable price. I don't know how much I saved with this yet but I know it is a few hundred dollars,which today really helps and the security is greatGreat deal

Just got the membership -like perks that come with it

I have had a membership since Best Buy started the program. The free protection plans, AppleCare, and overall service make it worth it for me. I travel frequently for work and having the ability to take my devices in for repairs or have a 1 on 1 with a support specialist makes my life easy.

The included protection plans & installation diacounts make this worth it if you buy a few electronics a year.
