Glad I purchases Best Buy Total membership. I have had several issues with my laptop and they were all covered with my membership.

The product provided a great peace of mind for price drops and protection.

Good to have this membership, specially for all electronics.

The protection is a big perk for this membership, pretty cool & very useful. All the other perks as well are definitely worth it.. if you shop here a lot. I just didn't use it enough so it felt like a waste.

I recently just signed up for Total membership and I absolutely love all the perks i get with you guys. Employee who signed me up was super helpful and she answered all the questions i had in regards to the membership. If you buy your electronics from other places i suggest you seitch over to BestBuy and sign up for their Total membership so you can enjoy all your electonics/products with convenient perks.

I love looking at member deals, setting my preferences in what I am looking for!

As a "GEEK Squad" member, I cannot tell you how many times myself, and my wife, have run into a problem, and GEEK Squad has come to our rescue. Neither of us are very computer savvy, there were times when something happens that we need HELP, they were there for us.

If you can find a better offer I’d be shocked. You save a ton of money and there’s always additional perks thrown in on your purchase.

I love this benefit! I have called the Geek Squad and and to date they have always been able to fix my issues. I know some of the help I get is probably ridiculously easy for them but they never make me feel stupid for asking like my kids do! I really think this is a benefit I fully intend to continue with the Geek Squad!

I’m so secure in knowing the z total Protection is available from Best Buy. Sad, Max are no longer covered. Did they tell you that before they you needed service?! Me either!!

This membership is a true value. The added benefits of Total member pricing and extended warranty benefits are something we enjoy. Using the app to view Total Members exclusive items is easy to access and monitor when items we are interested in are having a special pricing or a price drop. As long as we continue to purchase items from Best Buy we will continue are membership renewal.

The membership was a great value as it co reed my home appliances. Additionally I bought and air dryer that just stopped working, I brought it in and it was replaced on the spot

This is worth it. Especially when buying expensive items it helps cover them for GEEK SQUAD. I love this.

I’ve been a member since they initially rolled out this program. It’s a great piece of mind everytime I shop at Best Buy. It also allows you to extend monthly after the first two years of extended warranty expire. I wish it would recur if you renew your membership every year, but I get it. They need to make their $ somehow.
