This membership is great value plus having my unlimited geek squad

I decided to have the membership since it covers just about any problem you have with your laptops, IPad and cell phone. It was worth it since my laptop was unusable and my IPAD was older and began having issues with it. Geek Squad scheduled me for the service and I decided to purchase a new ipad. They transferred my data and answered my questions. Great job. This service gives me the satisfaction of knowing I can rely on them for any repairs or questions.

Best buy identified problem but could not solve it

This plan has paid for itself 10 times over. Having The geek squad available 24/7 has proved to be priceless. It's a good investment and provides you with peace of mind and total assistance whether it's on the phone or in person at the store. Everyone is very attentive and they do their best to make sure that you're comfortable with your purchases. I highly recommend this plan.

I bought the membership when I needed serious cleanup on the old laptop. The Geek Squad technician cleaned up all corrupt files, removed viruses, and made the laptop functional. The screen malfunctioned (not their fault), and I decided to buy a new laptop. They configured it for me through the membership, making the investment really worthwhile.

June 2024, my membership renews with the new terms. I'm admittedly a bit worried, because now I'm on the old terms and the coverage is great. Laptops running slow? Bring them in. The staff is knowledgeable AND nice. Great combo and rare nowadays. I'll renew my membership because of the great past service, but again - I wonder.

I have been a customer of theirs since 1999, years later I decided to subscribe to their services (credit card and others) and I have never had any complaints with them, excellent.

My experience with all 3 guys in the store that I delt with was very good. My experience with the call center, not so much.

Total tech is one of my best investments I’ve made- all of my appliances and entertainment equipment have been bought in Best Buy using the total tech membership and I’ve never had a bad experience using this.
