not worth it unless you have a computer you bought from Best Buy and shop there frequently... I didn't think it was a very good value since my PC went down the toilet and I found a better deal on Amazon.

The membership is fine if you have multiple computers and need service on them throughout the year but does not include parts if needed.

Glad to get added perks and extended warranties for my purchases.

This membership is a great value! It gives me peace of mind to know that I can call and get help from Tech Support by phone, as I have many times, or taking it in to the nearest Best Buy Location. I highly recommend this membership!

This is the best money you can spend probably saved me thousands and thousands of dollars just in tech-support but all the perks that come along with it and the people that you deal with in tech-support of actually the best!

I like how Bestbuy quickly helped me shop for my Home theater by letting me know the best options new models and the difference between different models helped me quickly put in order and also helped me with the installation which was seamless. The membership has helped me through set up of my cable internet, laptop crash, wifi extender set up (which they couldn't get to work. Said it was Verizon issue).

This membership in a real value Meinber prices, plus unlimited Geek Squad support are great. Also, love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchases!
