    This service was key in delivering the treadmill purchased and the delivery guys were excellent in how well they managed the entire installation and haul-away. I love this treadmill. I highly recommend both the membership and those two guys, specifically.

    I was sold the total tech membership, it took 3 months to get the first appointment. The tech texted me his arrival time for the next day. No show, no call, no text. Texted, called, no response. I called the appointment place, they said the tech canceled it. I waited 4 hours… went into the store to calmly reschedule. Another month out. I get an email last night saying it’ll be 11:25 estimated arrival. No show, no nothing, I call the appointment place again. They said I needed to reschedule. It’s been 5 months!! 8 hours of my time waiting with NO communication. Now I’ve cancelled my renewal and since I didn’t get any service at all, I asked for a refund from the previous total tech package. Waited another 35 minutes before the lady refunded me 5.20. Wow! What a great way to treat a loyal customer. There’s a lot more to my story, I just started some facts. The fact is, if you value my business and value my opinion of your business, refund me all of the money for the total tech package and I’ll refrain from bashing your company on all social media platforms, BBB, Yelp, facebook etc. the refund will be less costly than the money you’ll lose in the long run. You’ll probably see me at your store again spending money. That’s your choice.

    Overall, I like the idea of total tech. Luckily, most of my tech is new so I don’t use it as often as I’d like,but would recommend it otherwise.

    Great service I’ll bring my electronics to them every time something breaks and they fix it with no cost or let me know what I need to get so they can fix it. It’s a great service if you have a gamer kids .

    Totaltech membership is definitely worth the cost as long as you are purchasing constantly at bestbuy if you at least purchase one high end tv it pays off, speakers, screens. 200 a year at least when i bought it makes it absolutely worth it.

    This membership gives value far beyond its price! Don’t hesitate to get this because once I did Best Buy came through with so much more than items that I can get in store. Deals from everywhere it’s so worth it!

    Had a problem w/ some equipment, tried solving it w/ Geek Squad chat. That didn't solve the problem, so they offered us an appt for in-home service, as part of our membership. Tech came out, solved the problem, membership worthwhile!

    The program is fine. I usually don't purchase memberships for tech, but because I was purchasing an open box item it provides me the warranty coverage.

    The membership is totally worth it if you frequently buy products from best buy or use their geek squad services more often than not. I use both so it has been a huge benefit and it always saves me money. Well worth it!

    i was a bit hesitant at first about paying an extra $12.00 a month for the Totaltech membership...not anymore!! it has payed for itself x3 after one month. had a few hiccups with my recent tv purchase and they resolved within 3 days of the call i made on it.

    We had Tommy and Cole out for a new Sony XR TV upgrade to an oldie but goodie home theater system here in Bend Oregon. They were an awesome team: astute, polite, and on time. Reprogrammed a Harmony 655 universal remote and every thing works like magic. Geek Squad Victory!

    This membership is worth every cent. The squad members are patient with my wife and I (Not a lot of techies are very patient). And we can always make an appointment and get help.

    The original membership pretty really did pay for itself with free delivery/install/haul-away of multiple items, but the call center has been a mixed experience in terms of reps having accurate info (they don't always seem equipped or well informed). Now that the membership benefits have changed, it doesn't feel worth it for me to pay extra or patchy tech support.
