Great service I’ll bring my electronics to them every time something breaks and they fix it with no cost or let me know what I need to get so they can fix it. It’s a great service if you have a gamer kids .

Excellent choice to have help as I am electronically challenged in all regards. I am a senior who did not grow up with electronics therefore I am always needing help.

This has been a useful thing to have. If you go into best buy frequently with a lot of tech needs it might be worth getting a membership.

I have needed them quite a few times in the last year and they are always so accomadating and flexible with the online scheduling. They can usually get me in and out pretty quick.

It is valuable to get this getting when a new appliance that needs installation. It seems like the total cost buying the appliance and the installation is less with Total Tech than the cost of buying the appliance and buying the installation separately without Total Tech.

Got help when i needed it, rarely needed it though. But could definitely see this being worthwhile if something bad happened

The original membership pretty really did pay for itself with free delivery/install/haul-away of multiple items, but the call center has been a mixed experience in terms of reps having accurate info (they don't always seem equipped or well informed). Now that the membership benefits have changed, it doesn't feel worth it for me to pay extra or patchy tech support.

This membership gives value far beyond its price! Don’t hesitate to get this because once I did Best Buy came through with so much more than items that I can get in store. Deals from everywhere it’s so worth it!

It’s worth having membership for all your electronics you purchase from Best Buy. I believe I used it more times than the price of a membership. I’m satisfied with this service. Plus the geek support. Scheduling an appointment is a task. Over all happy.

I purchased this to get a heck of a discount on my Surface. I wish I would have purchased this sooner because I make quite a few large purchases from BB every year and this really helps save money. Also, BB will help me with any tech problem anytime!

I don't use this much, but it's there when I need it. More of an insurance policy.

I am older have busy children and I use my computer alot I depend on it and when it goes down it is really a problem. Total tech is beyond insurance is i a real important part of owning and maitaining electronics . Thank You for the service well worth it .

This is one of the best value items we bought. Able to assist us with any questions and also get vip treatment. We also get automatic Apple Care for having this with our new IMac. . Saved us already just by having this product. Also can fix any of my other devices with this service.

This is great to have. You get 2 years of protection on your devices. They can help with something as small as setting something up or something complicated where geek squad needs to get involved. It's just a little piece of mind knowing someone has your back!

The membership is totally worth it if you frequently buy products from best buy or use their geek squad services more often than not. I use both so it has been a huge benefit and it always saves me money. Well worth it!

My sales rep very knowedgeable and very patient as I went through three different laptop models. I chose the mac based on his recommendation. Manager got involved to further assist purchase. Very helpful and I’ll go back to these people and company again. Great customer service !
