Right now, the wait is 67 minutes to talk to an agent on chat. I do not have this amount of time to waste and I am frustrated because I have tried to call and I have tried to chat for the last few weeks about an issue and the wait time has been ridiculous. They never followed up with an issue I had with my washing machine which was installed by geek squad incorrectly (as they told me they would). They should compensate me due to the inconvenience of an 8 hour appointment window (because of their incompetence of installing it correctly the first time), or having to redo two months of laundry because everything smelled like dirty garbage.

But they need to shorten wait time for repairs that are simple or have a geek squad person just for walk ins instead appointment only.
