I would highly recommend getting the year membership anytime I had a question I needed something done they could do it over the internet there was no trouble they've come to the house when I had something with my TV doesn't cost you anything it totally take care of you highly recommend it things cost too much these days not to have some backup

To whom it may concern just wanted to say how how professional some of your team who came to in stall my new 75 inch this past April I really was impressed how they looked at my old set and looked were to set up there equipment and just went right to work with no hesitation very professional I was especially impressed when they had to drill and used there vacuum cleaner so they wouldn’t leave any type of mess. Purchased my membership for my old computer, I was having issues with. I resolved the issue on my own, but kept the membership in anticipation of purchasing a new computer. It is a very reasonable price for peace of mind and when I did purchase my computer, the staff was very professional and due to my situation they transferred my files from the old computer withing 24 hours. Which I appreciated greatly.

I am very grateful for the Total Tech support. So helpful. I plan on purchasing a new tower for my computer and I was told they would come and set it all up for me and it's included in my Total Tech with the Geeks Squad, that alone is fantastic since I am not computer savvy. In fact, I just renewed my subscription with the Geek Squad.

Below is my last gasp at receiving something approaching a fair refund for my execrable experience with Best Buy paid "support", sent to [email protected] after myriad fruitless entreaties via telephony: Hello I have had my membership for all of three days. I've called a number of times since then to get my new PC set up and running well. Some of the service has been adequate, but often I've encountered either obtuse or discourteous behavior on the part of agents. This includes performing actions I didn't ask for, leaving chat after telling me that they would call after finishing a task, and being hung up on or not calling back after a disconnection. This led me to ask for a full refund of my membership, but I've been told that since I've used the service, I can only receive $41 of the $180 I paid, which I consider utterly unreasonable. I'm now in a Catch-22 where if I use the service any further, I assume that amount will grow, and I won't get anything back, all for receiving spotty service overall at best. It would seem any decent service is counted, whereas poor service is discounted, which I feel - make that "know" - is unfair. If a proration is to be implemented, it should be for only around $1.50, as I'm paying around fifty cents a day (365 into 180) for three days' service. I'd be willing to agree to a nominal deduction of, say, $10, as well, for a total of $11.50, but to subtract $139 for three days' service is something I can't acquiesce to and maintain any sense of self worth. I'd feel like an utter wuss, to employ the vernacular, and I've done that far too many times in my long life. The agent said that my conversation with her will be reviewed, and I made these same points with her, as you'll see. I'm asking that you do what's fair, and refund the vast bulk, if not the entirety, of my purchase price. Regardless, I will never buy another Total membership after this horrible experience. Please respond as soon as possible.

So far my experience has been wonderful. Anytime I need something with my computer I have the best service needed.
