Vía Total Tech, support staff have: checked my Mac Book desktop, Wi-Fi connections, trouble-shooting re-start; the Scan option, Epson Expression printer-copier; fixed glitches during 2-day Whirlpool Refrigerator install. Total Tech has saved my sanity, restored my quality of life.

Brought my computer in for a diagnostic because it was slow. As they were explaining the situation he recommended that I get a Total Tech membership . I followed his advice and Wow he was right. Membership plan worth the cost ......................

The membership is a great value. We purchased a TV for parents. Techs were very helpful in getting everything working. They also helped with making it work with Dad’s hearing aids. Not to mention spending extra time explaining and making sure they could operate everything. Sometimes with new technology and the older generation things are difficult!!

This is a great value, just with the Geek Squad help alone. I save a lot of money with thebwork done on my computer.

The membership that I bought with my first HP Envy was worth the investment. The technicians walking around helped me so much in choosing what computer was right for me, especially since I run a lot of Adobe software such as Photoshop and Premiere Pro. The Geek Squad helps me find components to go with my computer at a reasonable price that is constructed of high-quality material.

A must have if you purchase a good deal from best buy. Just wish it was a little cheaper.
