Very happy with this purchase. As I adjust to a new move and working on upgrades this is a nice service so I don’t have to worry about standard installs mine was included. I wanted the wires hidden and as a member I received a discount on that service to where it was comparable to paying someone on marketplace which to me was great. I rather trust Geek Squad than someone who may not know what they are doing. This service has already paid for itself.

This membership is a great value. If you shop for electronics or appliances this will help you get a better deal.

Don’t get much use out of members deals, but as a PC Gamer the free hardware installations with geek squad, and the extended warranty on most Best Buy purchases really make it worth the money.

I highly recommend becoming a total tech member. The benefits out weigh the yearly membership fee. I get emails regularly with amazing deals on a lot of different products; plus, you get a free 24 month warranty on electronics and other products you purchase at Best Buy. I will never go back to being a regular shopper at Best Buy. Total Tech all the way! You won’t regret becoming a Total Tech Member!

Best Buy changed the conditions of the yearly subsciption for the Geek Squad, and didn't properly notify customers of the change. The Tech Team Members are all Great. They are knowledgeable and efficient. The Team Members deserve a 5-Star. The way the company handled the change is a 1-Star. I asked for someone from Corporate to contact me. Never heard from them.

After a few bad starts on getting a data/program conversion from our old and new laptops. The manager oversaw the completion of the process and set-up a few of the programs we forgot to include in the original scope of work. We're very happy with the end results. There were a number of poor communications which resulted in an unnecessary trip to the store. Twice, the time was redeemed by lunch/dinner dates to fill the time while the staff worked on our laptops.

I have had this for years and the value is unbeatable. Ease of just being able to have the geek squad help with all my electronics issues has been a great experience

MY FORMER WIFE PURCHASED A TV; ENCOURAGED HER TO PURCHASE; WHICH SHE DID. HER COMPUTER WAS CORRUPTED; TOOK IT TO THE BESTBUY STORE; RESTORED IT AND CLEANED UP ALL FILES. SHE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER.

Nathan and the other member whose name I forgot installed my security system quickly. They helped me with what I needed to know and left without a trace of packaging left behind.

Cheaper than buying the protection plan and comes with perks not a bad deal.
