Having a membership with my Best Buy total. Is a great way of having someone to help you when you needed it , especially if you’re a busy or just a person who are learning the ropes of having and using your electronics or appliances. It gives you piece of mind and fast services with knowing you are getting the best services with knowledgeable and experienced professionals who will treat you like a VIP.

I love having geek squad there at my fingertips. I also enjoy the percs of getting cheaper prices and always getting the extended warranty on all my products including apple.

This is a great value. The team members are excellent and professional, also very knowledgeable. Worth every penny!

I got this for peace of mind it covers all my items i buy at best buy and i dont be appliances from them anymore or every again due to the washer and dryer delivery incident but all my other high dollar electronics i feel good having the peace of mind that total tech covers them and i get pretty decent discounts on a lot of items its a good value if you shop a lot at best buy or you get the majority of your electronics from them

II recently had a great experience at Best Buy Total. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products I was interested in. They took the time to answer all of my questions. The checkout process was quick and easy, and I appreciated the added safety measures they had in place to protect both customers and staff. Overall, I highly recommend Best Buy Total for anyone in need of electronics or appliances.

We have used the service twice in the last 2 months. This membership has definitely paid for its self.

While there is a monthly fee, the cost is well worth it considering the potential savings on repairs and replacements. It’s a small price to pay for the added security and convenience.

TOTALLY WORTH IT. So much easier and makes more sense to for the Best Buy projection instead of apple care. Which would be for only said item as oppose apple products in your name

I was told that my repair would take between 7-10 days and they would keep me up to date on the process on-line or a call. The status of my repair NEVER updated. After 7 days, I began trying to learn of the status. The repair was partially completed after 21 days. Everyone was extremely pleasant, but unfortunately, they indicated that they were very short handed. A simple promised status update would have been extremely valuable. The store would not answer the telephone.

My experience with Total Tech has been very positive overall. I had an issue with an item that was faulty a few months ago, and the best buy near me was able to assist me with the issue vefy quickly and resolved the faulty item by providing me witn a new item. Very happy with the service ive received!

Definitely worth it if you have computer problems and want to get parts installed for free after the need of the service for a repair only of course
