||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased a Hisense - L9G Laser TV Triple-Laser Ultra Short Throw Projector on BestBuy.com as did not have in the local store and had delivered which arrived 12/7/2021. At the time of purchase also purchased a Total Care Package that included installation. Due to a move and some remodeling that was needed was unable to install it until now. I attempted multiple times over a week period to arrange installation via phone service but was repeatedly cut off or placed on terminal hold then cut off. Today went to my local store to speak to someone in person. Was told that installation would cost me $471 plus tax after a 20% discount because "didn't immediately install it" Now that Total Tech was for a year and this has not been a year and the unit is still in shipping container! Breaking down the installation included $119 to mount the projector which entails placing it on a table under the screen and another $119 for connection which entails connection a 2 foot HDMI cord from my receiver to the projector that would sit on the same table! When I asked the tech then what did I get for purchasing the Total Tech and his response was "a year of warranty!" What a farce and a joke! If I could give negative stars I would.
