This membership is worth the money plus the saving they give u when u purchase items

Best but is the place to go for all my technology needs they always have what I want and staff is always willing to help assist I wish every department store was as helpful

Pays itself off in the long run if you have a pc and don't want to touch it this is the go to

Membership is great. We have brought laptops that were not purchased with best buy and they were fixed with no issues. It comes in handy, especially if you are not electronically inclined. If they can't fix it they point you in the right direction.

My dads computer had been hacked. Took it to the Geek Squad and they fixed it. Had it back a day later. Great price.

I keep this membership mostly for the Geek Squad help. I haven't actually had to use it yet, but just knowing it is there and available for me gives me a good feeling.

When you have a virus attack a damaged computer, systems breakdown and the cost to fix then you will be glad

This has worked out great to get get things moved from old computer to the new one, it is great I don't know if I could have accomplished what they were able to do, I would like to thank the Geek Squad for all there help. I am happy that I decided to invest in an annual Totaltech membership. The cost has been returned numerous times in over the phone computer tech support, remote computer repairs, and computer technicians coming to repair on site when necessary. It sounds cliche but all of the support has been friendly, courteous, professional, and efficient. Geek Squad technicians have exceeded expectations every time.

Having protection on anything I purchase because I’m a Total Tech Member is a great benefit. I have only had to use it a couple of times and the staff in the store is friendly and welcoming. It’s like they roll out a red carpet when I come into shop or ask questions.

My Best Buy Total Membership has helped me answer questions about the items I have purchased and helped me when I am considering new purchases.

Had to cancel it because I was not going to get the use out for it as much and It was just not worth it. Great option if you are starting to buy a loot electronics.

You never know when a need will arise. They have the Best team and resources to supply care of your products. They are knowledgeable and efficient.

Will worth the purchase. I have brought my laptop in for upgrade of memory and ram. My computer was checked for virus and Trojans, and cleaned- runs so much better. I also had my IPad in for same treatment as my computer. No cost due to my membership fee other than buying my memory and RAM upgrade, labor was included in my plan.
