I am so glad I invested on this for all my purchases at Best Buy. I had to use it on several occassions with no problems.

Being total tech members has been the gift that never ends. When we needed a disposal of a TV no one else would dispose all I did was call Best Buy and they took care of it quickly. When they say everything is covered they mean it. We've been members going on 4 years and will always be. We encourage everyone who reads this to join the total tech club!!

This is a great membership. I have already used it for a laptop I purchased a few months ago. The screen was cracked when something hit it while in my backpack. I brought it in, got it fixed in less than a week (probably a $250+ replacement cost). They even replaced the keyboard! I only had to pay th $49 deductible.

Since its start, i believe this membership has ultimately paid for itself through the savings it has offered. Not only have i benefitted from it, but also my family. And i love the added peace of mind that all my items have been covered with its protection plan witch also has hellped us recover our investments. All and all this membership has been a win win in our book.
