This membership is a no brainer when buying gifts for black friday whether for yourself or others. I bought several devices including apple devices and the included protection is awesome. The membership already paid for itself and I don't have to worry about accidents that damage devices. Add onto that all the exclusive deals and geek squad services, this membership is awesome.

When I have a problem with one of my gadgets I usually bring it to them to fix it I did bring my computer there one time it was brand new not even the box was open and they did happen to fill it away on me and it was papers inside when I told them not to that I wanted them but they threw it away it would be nice if it was a little bit cheaper maybe $149 would be good

Was easy to upgrade to this membership after prior purchasing switch Warrantees

First time buying the membership it seems like a better deal than the actual extended warranty from the mfg. Pretty happy with the coverage and we will see how it goes.

Dont usually buy protection but now a days cp can go wrong fast needed assurance laptop would be ok if anything went bad

Wow men this is the best costumer service i had ever and the price i paid wow super happy with the price , service and every thing no wonder why its been my favorite store for a long time. i broke my brand new samsung note 20 screen and i went every were and it cost me $490.00 to get it fixt unti i went to Best Buy and they were having a promotion on cellphones and i got it fixt for only $100.00 dollars wow and with certified personnel. Thak you Best Buy

Didn’t realize the BIG benefits you get with the membership! Honestly was doubtful about it, but you get better deals, and loads more savings. Worth it.
