Although some you may think that paying for totaltech isn’t worth it and that you’ll never use it. Trust me, after crashing my drone I was fully covered and now I upgraded to the DJI mini 3 pro! You just never know if and when it will come in handy!

This membership is great. The Geek Squad pro that I worked with was Awesome. He took the extra time to answer all my questions. In particular, Austin Hermann is extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. Don't ever let this guy go,,,promote him instead!!

This purchase is for peace of mind. Almost everything I buy has an automatic 2 year warranty on it. The only downside is it does not help you buy 4090s. Jesus christ please restock. Its been since december 30th; 3 weeks since last available! Otber than that would 10/10 reccomend.

I can't imagine not having this plan. It has already paid for itself since I have had to go to Geek Squad 5 or 6 times in the 3 weeks that I have had it. For loading apps and trouble shooting for a Samsung tablet. Plus they are patient with my dumb questions. Thank You Talon.

These guys came in very courteous, knowledgeable and tidy! They left no mess! TV, along with the mounting and cable conceal installation was superb! I was apprehensive about the whole “cutting the wall” deal, but it looks so good, I was speechless!

This service provides so much more than we expected! We bought it with one item & each time we go to the store they tell us it works for something else! Like telling us their team will install the new security cameras we bought, & we never expected that!

Love this service whats great about it is when I have a question are a concern about any of my equipment I am able to make a call a my situation is worked on right away.

Had a problem w/ some equipment, tried solving it w/ Geek Squad chat. That didn't solve the problem, so they offered us an appt for in-home service, as part of our membership. Tech came out, solved the problem, membership worthwhile!

Overall, I like the idea of total tech. Luckily, most of my tech is new so I don’t use it as often as I’d like,but would recommend it otherwise.

Totaltech membership is definitely worth the cost as long as you are purchasing constantly at bestbuy if you at least purchase one high end tv it pays off, speakers, screens. 200 a year at least when i bought it makes it absolutely worth it.

This service has helped me many times. I have a lemon laptop that has been very problematic and I am grateful for this service. Very skilled Techs & even came to my home to fix printer problems!! Very much worth the $199/yr membership fee. I'd recommend it to anyone.

This service was key in delivering the treadmill purchased and the delivery guys were excellent in how well they managed the entire installation and haul-away. I love this treadmill. I highly recommend both the membership and those two guys, specifically.

Second time buying totaltech. First time wasn't so positive but this time arpund everyone has been very nice & helpful. Also, answer the calls quickly. Which is a bonus.

Team Ben and Dan are excellent tecchnicians and very comfortable in a customer environment. They answer every question I have posed and solved every problem we crossed in my complex audio visual upgrade including New TV and Denon theater receiver installations.

Great value, very happy that we purchased our membership. We have had to replace our washer, dryer and dishwasher this year and will be using our member benefits again to buy and install a new TV before this year is over!

This is a great deal especially if you're about to purchase a bundle of appliances or something you can't beat it

This membership is wonderful. Protecting my items and having the Geek Squad to help has saved me on more than one occasion. I will admit I am no a computer guru and I am glad help is available when I need it.

Moving into a new home we were anticipating to be purchasing some major appliances. That is the thought behind our purchasing the Total tech membership. Made some smaller purchases and will always go to Best Buy first!
