But be aware if you try to use the install services they will give you the run around. I had 3 separate appointments that were no call and no show. The support is overseas and most people in the call center have no idea how to help you. They just apologize and offer to reschedule. After 3 times in a row and wasting over 3 days I decided to just cancel the whole thing. If you make enough purchases it might come in handy. But if you’re looking to take advantage of the benefit of free home installations or technicians doing installs I wish you good luck! I’m very disappointed and I would urge you to use caution when signing up for this service. Best Buy also has no escalations or customer complaint recourses that are easy to get a hold of. So you will be left just frustrated at the end of the day.
