The employee was great ! He really sold me ! He went above and beyond w this puts chase , there were several computers I was looking at couldn’t find the right one he helped me while helping others and still making me feel like a priority the total tech was an added bonus he gave me all the benefits of having it and at first I was like no but he sold me I actually needed it for my device , drop it off to geek squad no hassle!

I have really appreciated the advice and technical support I have received at any of the Best Buy stores where I have shopped. Walking into any Best Buy store is a magical experience. I am transformed, like a child walking into a candy store. It is always easy to book an appointment online with Geek Squad and I am able to find the products I need.

Like you get the all in one experience at best buy. First you get some of the best deals being a loyal card member. Second you can get it shipped or pick it up if its in stock. Third is the total care waranty plan that comes on all purchases for peace of mind. Fourth anything goes wrong you have geek squad to help troubleshoot any and all problems with care!

Geek squad team members are professionals who complete technical cleanup and repair work usually ahead of predicted time.

I knew we were going to need major appliances soon, so I purchased this membership in anticipation. Glad I did. Very feature rich. Although we didn't need to use it the first year, it is peace of mind. It paid for itself the second year though. Why wait until it's too late.

I am totally non-techie and this option gives me confidence that if I need help, it is available.

I have been using this service for years and it really helps a lot when having computer or printer problems to use remote repair service. Only problem is sometimes you don't get the best service Teck (India) , so I disconnect and Try again . Oh and waite times can be long, but still better then brining computer to the store.

Great help in getting data transferred from old computer.

This membership really helped me I built my first pc and took it to Best Buy a employee helped me buy offering their best membership I subscribed and it has been the best thing I purchased.
