Guy came out but rushed through it because he had to be somewhere else. Didnt check all apps to see if working well I couldnt get sound from Blue Reys nor movie channels and they could not send the guy back until another day. Completely frustrated and took everything back. and they charged me for the days I had signed up even though they did not come to install until 7 days later. What a racket. Writing to Headquarters about this in Richfield MN about this.
