this was not cheap considering so far the Geek Squad and it's been pretty good I wish they had plans for people on fixed income

When I bought my first computer, it was at Best Buy. At that time, I became a Geek Squad member and have done so ever since. I've alwsys appreciated the service this provides for me.

Excellent complete coverage . If anything should be needed for covered repairs, Geek Squad in-store or call assistance, it is there. Great on phone assistance which many times can save you a trip. They can many times help clear up a problem with a simple tip to try. Great membership to have.

This membership is a real value. There are several hidden benefits to a membership in addition to technical support at Best Buy with the Geek Squad.

I went inside best buy in Lancaster pa with a Xbox series s I didn't know how to program this lady looked at me and said let's figure this out. Help me free of charge. So freaking understanding and explained it to me in a way I can understand. She help me with a product that was not purchase there. I was so grateful that I had to buy the totaltech. protection and customer service like that I had to get some of that.

This protection plan has saved me many times over the years. The technicians are great and take over my computer and when they are done, it works like new. You don't have to take your computer to the store for repairs, unless you cannot get into the computer. Generally, they can take care of the problem while you are sitting at home and any time day or night.

This is actually a great service! I love the fact that I can take in ANY of my devices for service, repair, tuning up and/or troubleshooting. The added value of getting discounts on products is great as well.

Membership is worth every penny paid. You will get many perks like protection plan for every product that I buy and many more.

So worth it, protection on all purchases, apple care on apple products for a year and in home installations all under on umbrella is amazing. This is my second year buying the total membership and I’ll be buying it every year.

Great service from the geek squad don’t remember the man’s name very polite very understanding that I was not very computer illiterate.

Was very disappointed in this. I had a ps5 controller that was less than a year old. When I went to exchange it or get it repaired it was more than fustrating and confusing. Long story short they replaced the control her in-store after 3 visit to geek squad that my order was canceled for unknown reasons so was was unable to play my ps5 for almost 3 weeks. First they told me I need to call PlayStation for factory warranty. Why would I do all that if I pay for this. Spent 3 hours total out of my day during my lunch break. When I feel like it should have been taken care of the first time I was in. Let alone the employee have no idea what to do. Thankfully the manager did and recognized me from another purchase that saved me $400. Very disappointed

Was reluctant to spend money on a membership thinking I wouldn’t use it, then not get the value. Really was surprised at the service I got. Friendly competent people who didn’t look down at me when I came in to resolve ‘idiot’ problems. Kudos to the Geek squad at the Goodyear store
