Great plan if you spend money throughout the year on products. I get extended warranty on pretty mich everything. I have had to teplace two Manscape razors because they turned out to be crappy products but best buy gives me zero issues. Im on the verge or replacing a roomba and laptop as well.

The Geeks went overboard to get in & set up two tablets that I'd been unable to access because of issues beyond my control, plus updated issues with computer, & came to install & program two televisions in record time. The membership has been well worth it's cost to me. Each Geek was easy to communicate with, were knowledgeable, helpful, with pleasant personalities. I'll renew this Membership when the time comes & continue to use the Geek Squad!

Totally worth the money! My brand new washer had a malfunction and it was no longer under the Samsung warranty. Having this allowed for Samsung with Best Buy and my repair was completed free of charge.

this was not cheap considering so far the Geek Squad and it's been pretty good I wish they had plans for people on fixed income

I took my apple air for WiFi driver not working, to update the driver because I do not know if I can update driver with apple mac air. I told that I am able to connect via Ethernet cable. While receiving GeekSquad comment included "unable to connect to the internet via hardware ethernet unable to repair in store" I told while dropping as well as while receiving that it connects via ethernet and software update is latest. If necessary I could have demonstrated that it connects via ethernet in the store. It still connects.

When I bought my first computer, it was at Best Buy. At that time, I became a Geek Squad member and have done so ever since. I've alwsys appreciated the service this provides for me.

Great knowing my equipment is protected and if I need help, its there to answer and service my electronic equipment.

Excellent complete coverage . If anything should be needed for covered repairs, Geek Squad in-store or call assistance, it is there. Great on phone assistance which many times can save you a trip. They can many times help clear up a problem with a simple tip to try. Great membership to have.

I went inside best buy in Lancaster pa with a Xbox series s I didn't know how to program this lady looked at me and said let's figure this out. Help me free of charge. So freaking understanding and explained it to me in a way I can understand. She help me with a product that was not purchase there. I was so grateful that I had to buy the totaltech. protection and customer service like that I had to get some of that.

This protection plan has saved me many times over the years. The technicians are great and take over my computer and when they are done, it works like new. You don't have to take your computer to the store for repairs, unless you cannot get into the computer. Generally, they can take care of the problem while you are sitting at home and any time day or night.
