this was not cheap considering so far the Geek Squad and it's been pretty good I wish they had plans for people on fixed income

Excellent complete coverage . If anything should be needed for covered repairs, Geek Squad in-store or call assistance, it is there. Great on phone assistance which many times can save you a trip. They can many times help clear up a problem with a simple tip to try. Great membership to have.

I went inside best buy in Lancaster pa with a Xbox series s I didn't know how to program this lady looked at me and said let's figure this out. Help me free of charge. So freaking understanding and explained it to me in a way I can understand. She help me with a product that was not purchase there. I was so grateful that I had to buy the totaltech. protection and customer service like that I had to get some of that.

This protection plan has saved me many times over the years. The technicians are great and take over my computer and when they are done, it works like new. You don't have to take your computer to the store for repairs, unless you cannot get into the computer. Generally, they can take care of the problem while you are sitting at home and any time day or night.

This membership is a real value. There are several hidden benefits to a membership in addition to technical support at Best Buy with the Geek Squad.

This is actually a great service! I love the fact that I can take in ANY of my devices for service, repair, tuning up and/or troubleshooting. The added value of getting discounts on products is great as well.

I took my apple air for WiFi driver not working, to update the driver because I do not know if I can update driver with apple mac air. I told that I am able to connect via Ethernet cable. While receiving GeekSquad comment included "unable to connect to the internet via hardware ethernet unable to repair in store" I told while dropping as well as while receiving that it connects via ethernet and software update is latest. If necessary I could have demonstrated that it connects via ethernet in the store. It still connects.

So worth it, protection on all purchases, apple care on apple products for a year and in home installations all under on umbrella is amazing. This is my second year buying the total membership and I’ll be buying it every year.

Membership is worth every penny paid. You will get many perks like protection plan for every product that I buy and many more.

Was reluctant to spend money on a membership thinking I wouldn’t use it, then not get the value. Really was surprised at the service I got. Friendly competent people who didn’t look down at me when I came in to resolve ‘idiot’ problems. Kudos to the Geek squad at the Goodyear store

This membership has paid for itself in the first part of the year. You not only get the extra cover but you get added benefits of discounts on certain items as well as installation. Plus it covers all of my electronics, which is I had to purchase a protection plan for each one would be a lot more than this.

Best customer service ever. Worth the price I do recommend it to have free of mind if things go wrong.
