I can see this is going to be a bad purchase. Hung up on by my customer care agent, after being put on hold for 45 minutes. Rude associate on the next call gave me the runaround and wouldnt let me talk to the supervisor until i was on hold twice and continued to ask. Supervisor was then rude. Still have very expensive things going to a place I don't live anymore. Several states away. 19 hours in fact. Can't get a straight answer and can't do something simple like an address correction. Not a good value
