This membership plan has saved me lots of money with the included apple care plus I get at no additional cost for all my new apple products. Also quick and easy ordering as member and often get special prices on my apple tech as a member so this is well worth the fee.

Was very disappointed in this. I had a ps5 controller that was less than a year old. When I went to exchange it or get it repaired it was more than fustrating and confusing. Long story short they replaced the control her in-store after 3 visit to geek squad that my order was canceled for unknown reasons so was was unable to play my ps5 for almost 3 weeks. First they told me I need to call PlayStation for factory warranty. Why would I do all that if I pay for this. Spent 3 hours total out of my day during my lunch break. When I feel like it should have been taken care of the first time I was in. Let alone the employee have no idea what to do. Thankfully the manager did and recognized me from another purchase that saved me $400. Very disappointed

The membership actually is worth it if you are planning on buying at least one or two good electronics every year

Nice to have Geek squad set up new computers although they set up both of them to the same Microsoft account

The ability this warranty gives me for defective exchanges alone is awesome! I bought the Bose Ultra earbuds and they stopped working 4 months after I got them. They exchanged them with no hassle. When they came out to mount my new TV they took my old tv and mounted it in the new room and didn't charge me extra either.

Expensive but was worth the very first set up for transferring data from o ld to new and setting up my printer. I recommend it for the computer idiots like me

I like the product but i expected 4 way privacy and it will consume more energy with brightness.

I was very skeptical on whether or not to buy this plan. We originally thiught to not buy it because we were only purchasing a washer snd dryer. When we returned looking for a fridge and dish washer, we thiught we might want to. The gentleman that helped us eith our second purchase was able to apply the discounts to first purchase as well. We are still hesitant if this service will be worth it in the end.

We got this protection for the 1yr promotion period but it was great while we had it. We didn't really need it because we bought other anti-virus products but this was good to have as a back up.

Great value! I had my computer looked at and fixed by Geek Squad and they did a great job. I save a lot on many items i purchase.

I have had the opportunity to use this service in the past was very rewarding. It saves time of having to drive to the nearest store. it also saved on gas as well. my problem was taken care of. The wait time was long but eventually, after talking to 3 different agents on chat I was able to resolve the problem. I also got excellent help from members in the store.

This membership is awesome, but I would only recommend it if you’re a frequent shopper at Best Buy. I made multiple purchases before renewing & my overall savings was more than the cost of the membership so it’s definitely worth it. Geek squad is super friendly when it comes to installation. Daniel & his partner installed our washer & dryer & he gave me his card when he left. Turns out I needed a small fix & he came right back out to fix it.

I questioned whether this would be worth it or not. I was very pleased with my purchase. I have used this several times to my pleasure. It was seamless and very easy to do. Highly recommend.

My Best Buy membership is a game changer for us. My husband had learned a valuable lesson.His Mac Book Pro screen had broke and he want it fixed. He was told by Best Buy employee that they do not fix apple products. Before this membership was purchased the representative advised the membership has great benefits and Best Buy do fix Apple Products.
