I called before my purchase to make sure it would cover the iPhone I bought 3 days before. The guy on the phone said it would cover the last 15 days of purchases. It was still offering me the ability to purchase protection on my iPhone so I got on the chat again to ask. They said it would cover them. I went in store and asked because I still wasn’t sure. They told me it wouldn’t cover them unless I returned them and I couldn’t do that with my phone. I cancelled it immediately after. I was definitely lied to repeatedly. Not to mention every single phone and chat interaction I had was with people who did not speak English well. I would NOT recommend. I’d hate to have to actually recieve tech support from these people. It would be like talking to a wall.
