Best Buy may be a big box company but I have never had a bad experience. I mean sire, Ive been disappointed that my electronics couldnt be fixed by Geek Squad or things not in stock but those were never the employees fault. Overall I feel like Best Buy is the go-to for electronics and similar products as well as a place to find help with your personal items as well.

Currently dealing with an issue where Best Buy has added funds to my bank account only to take out that amount plus some the next day. I dont know how this can be done wothout any type of explanation.

I bought a 65 inch TV, Echo 10 and Ringer Doorbell and with membership installation and setup was done by the Geek Squad. They are respectful, quick and knowledgeable and helpful. So much ease and peace of mind having this membership. I look forward to buy all my electronics as from what I understand it is covered under this within the year. Get it and let the professionals do what they do best and give yourself peace of mind.
