I bought a 65 inch TV, Echo 10 and Ringer Doorbell and with membership installation and setup was done by the Geek Squad. They are respectful, quick and knowledgeable and helpful. So much ease and peace of mind having this membership. I look forward to buy all my electronics as from what I understand it is covered under this within the year. Get it and let the professionals do what they do best and give yourself peace of mind.

I love the fact that I was able to afford a computer and warranty. The process has been beautifully streamlined. I was in the store recently getting my other computer factory reset for my sister and the appt system and work flow was great!! My computer was done super fast. The plan saved me a ton of money everywhere else. Great Job Best Buy!!!

We have had a long sad history with electronics since moving back to GA in 2014. The same protections are now available to us through this plan at a better price than individually per item. The protection was already a great financial decision. This protection plan is even better!

This membership is a great value. I purchased it because I wanted Apple Care + and it was included. Additionally, every product that I purchase from Best Buy is insured. I'm normally not a product insurance purchaser; however, I wanted my phone covered and was willing to pay extra to get Best Buy's Protection because of all the additional benefits.

I love the membership, i have been a member now for over 3 years. I love the extra savings and discounts. The extended protection is great. I have access to the Geek Squad if I need support.

The access to geek squad alone has been extremely helpful. I built my own pc and brought it in several times! They also fixed up my old laptops for me before i sold them. Plus the free warranty! My membership has paid itself off 10x over now

I can't say enough about this service. I've been telling people about it and they can't believe the scope and coverage of totaltech. I don't use it that often but when I do it's really needed and the services provided far exceeds the cost. I've been using totaltech for 7-8 years. From on-line support to in-home installations to in-store service/repairs, the support team is both knowledgeable and courteous. Do yourself a favor and sign up for this

It’s a great membership we used it to buy our new tv and used them to come and install it and set it up also.

I always tried to fix my computers by myself, losing time and data in the process. I got the membership , and set an appointment to bring my mac, they even called me one day before it was supposed to be picked up and it was fixed, clean from virus, Trojans, etc. I was seriously thinking in getting a new Mac, but my computer is running flawlessly now. Great job Totaltech or Geek squad guys.
