I can't say enough about this service. I've been telling people about it and they can't believe the scope and coverage of totaltech. I don't use it that often but when I do it's really needed and the services provided far exceeds the cost. I've been using totaltech for 7-8 years. It’s a great membership we used it to buy our new tv and used them to come and install it and set it up also.

I always tried to fix my computers by myself, losing time and data in the process. I got the membership , and set an appointment to bring my mac, they even called me one day before it was supposed to be picked up and it was fixed, clean from virus, Trojans, etc. I was seriously thinking in getting a new Mac, but my computer is running flawlessly now. Great job Totaltech or Geek squad guys.

The service is super fast and very friendly, the attention is even better and the products are the best.

I have used this service to fix my son's tablet and it was a very easy process. They fixed the front and the back and he has been able to use his tablet just lie new. I feel like that alone has made this service worth having.

I was skeptical about purchasing the BB Total membership program, but it has proved to have more value than I originally anticipated. With the protection plans included on all items purchased and the unlimited Geek Squad support, our family has most definitely gotten more than 3X the value of the annual cost.

Love this membership. trying to get money out of my hands is not easy. On that note this membership actually saves me money since it extends warranties etc. for 2 years without paying for an additional warranty policy. I have used it for free installation, free appliance warranty extensions, etc. Its a lot but I believe if you remember to use it it will pay for itself.

It is a very expensive membership that pays off if you shop at Best Buy often enough. I will say I am not happy that they took away the Lego discount. That was one of the only reasons I got it. Without that discount, I will not be renewing.

Quick an easy way to put your purchases with insurance

I believe in purchasing a protection plan or Geek assistance plan with anything I buy because I made that mistake once and it was terrible and costly. I trust Geek Squad and Indefinitely trust BESTBUY! Get protected by becoming a member.

Our membership has saved us enough money in the first year to pay for itself. It’s worth the low cost to keep renewing it since Best Buy is our go-to store for all of our home electronics.

Supremely useful since it has Apple care. If you buy a lot of Apple products then this is a must.

Being a total tech member is the best choice anyone could make. It’s simple to use very convenient and I recommend that if you get any products, make sure that you use your TOTAL tech-support. It’s a great value compared to any repairs you would have to make and pay for on your own, I recommend it highly.

Very pleased with the benefits of being a Total Tech member. I've used the troubleshooting service a few times form issues with my home theater setup, which were resolved expertly as part of the Total Tech plan. Also, saved on warranty's for appliances we purchased. Also, a very nice discount on internet security software.
