Frustrating
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Total tech membership has been a waste of money and a source of frustration. 1st frustrating experience was when they canceled my TV installation for no reason without informing me. Second frustrating experience is when they schedule an appointment to install some appliances in my office. They agreed to come and install my appliances when I scheduled. Waiting for two weeks to do the installation, before they called me and told me that they will not be able to do it. Good luck trying to get hold of someone over the phone
