Quick an easy way to put your purchases with insurance

Have not had my purchase long enough to use the service but I do rely on the Best Buy reputation.

Being a total tech member is the best choice anyone could make. It’s simple to use very convenient and I recommend that if you get any products, make sure that you use your TOTAL tech-support. It’s a great value compared to any repairs you would have to make and pay for on your own, I recommend it highly.

Supremely useful since it has Apple care. If you buy a lot of Apple products then this is a must.

Very pleased with the benefits of being a Total Tech member. I've used the troubleshooting service a few times form issues with my home theater setup, which were resolved expertly as part of the Total Tech plan. Also, saved on warranty's for appliances we purchased. Also, a very nice discount on internet security software.

I enjoy the advantage of being able to have online support as well as in store help. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. I know that if I have a problem they are there to help.

Best buy total. Seems like a decent deal cuz you get free AppleCare and other stuff. Plus they give you coupons if you spend x amount every so often. It's also giving you insurance on other devices which I guess if you spend enough in one year it adds up. The deals and promotions have been pretty decent but I'm not sure if Best buy total is 100% worth it yet.

I like having member prices and the Geek Squad comes to my rescue when needed as I am not very techy.

You should never be without Total Tech. The benefits are so plentiful including extending purchases to 2 years warranty, along with 24/7 Geek Squad, and 2 day shipping etc.

This was the best deal I could have ever asked for get all types of Exodus. And member discounts who could ask for anything more. I like my 25% discount. Even though everybody doesn't get one I must special member and therefore i do and i pay my year pay for the year so i could be able to walk in at any time and be recognized. Recognize as a special member
