Ordered thru chat agent. Told agent that TV must be delivered, hooked up and us given a tutorial how to work it on 10/15, as we were going to be out of town 10/14. On 10/14 TV WAS LEFT ON FRONT PORCH BY UPS HAD TO GET NEIGHBOR TO PUTVTV IN HOUSE, THIS AFTER Pain the extra $199 to get the tech service plan that included the free deliver the delivery and installation. On Sunday, 17 October through the chat session after numerous phone calls and being on hold chat person in assured me the TV would be hooked up, And we would be giving a tutorial on the shoes on Tuesday, October 19 at 2 o’clock. 2 o’clock came and passed on the 19th no Best Buy truck showed up and then got on the phone after much waiting. DO YOU KNOW YOU CAN NOT REACH A LOCAL STORE. ALL CALLS GO TO NATIONAL NUMBER! Next day I reached I reached Susan mobile phone and she listen to my story and started following up on setting up a date did unboxed TV and install and spent most of the afternoon often on was on the phone with Susan she call me back about 430 she call me back and said the TV would be unboxed installed a nurse given a tutorial on November 3rd Ave.,I immediately yelled can’t do it on the third as we are going to be out of town again till the sixth she said she couldn’t change it that was the only day available. She said she would see if could be changed. Never her again. Next day I again called and finally found a lady willing to help and she assured me that she would send a message to Spfd., MO store director to call me, still waiting for phone call.? At this point I decided forget the whole got friend to help my daughter unpack, set TV on shelf and hook up. We figured the operation out on own. Next day I called and cancelled the 199.00 dollar fee I had paid delivery & installation and service considerations.

This membership is real value for your dollar. I highly recommend.
