This membership has saved me so much money and peace of mind with the extra protection I get for being a total tech member. Never mind the free 2 years of any Apple care on any apple product.

Membership is very good. Covers all appliances and equipment, free installation when you purchased an item. Staff is professional and is fairly quick. It give me peace of mind that if any item covered under my membership breaks, I can get it fixed without additional costs.

Really convenient for the price, and plus point having all your best buy purchases onto the plan is deff worth it!

Love the look of the Black Stainless Steel! The inside has an upgraded look and is so much nicer than the typical fridge.

Total tech is great when you buy bigger purchases. It's awesome to have 2 year warranty on everything. The tech support on the computers is also super helpful. They help to clean up the computer and make it run smoothly. Also early access to pick up hard to find items is awesome. Never would have gotten my Xbox series x otherwise.

Included the membership on an appliance purchase and it ended up saving me money because I was going to do three year warranty through Best Buy. I like that each purchase I've made since then shows up under the same protection plan as well. If you're a frequent purchaser, then it makes sense if you want the added protection. That said, I do miss the old membership system though.

The membership is such a helpful benefit and I have used it several times since my purchase, which as saved me a lot of money. It is a benefit that I will never be without. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to "save" money.

I got this last year when I replaced a dishwasher and it was almost the same price to activate Total Care and get the installation done under that program than pay for the install work out right as a bestbuy customer. The warranty on everything else we buy including Apple Care made it worth it for us. A bit pricey, but rather have it than not right now
