This membership is a “life saver”! The Geek Squad set my laptop up for me and added an additional program for me. Also one of the Geek Squad employees sat with me for around an hour to show me how to navigate the system. And the best thing is - IT DIDN’T COST ME A PENNY!!!

This year we have been purchasing big items at Best Buy, back in August we purchase a Play Station 5. We didn’t know about the membership that covers warranty, no one talked to us about it. Then we recently purchased an Omen gaming pc, more expensive than the PlayStation 5. The worker did talk to us about the membership and it blew my mind how we never even known about it and how much money we spent on warranty with other purchases that won’t be added to the membership because it wasn’t purchased with it. :(

I joined My Best Buy Total a couple years ago (when it had a different name) soecifically to take advantage of the tech support and service benefits. I had a laptop that was having some problems, and it ended up being less expensive to join than to get the repairs I needed. Since then, I have enjoyed all the discounts and member-only deals. I also love the free AppleCare!

Great thing to buy for just in case, that is what I like when my daughter is at college, worry free

If you buy a lot from Best Buy or are planning on making a big purchase, TotalTech is definitely worth it. Covered protection plans for up to two years on both my laptops, got me exclusive deals that ended up already just paying for the membership itself, and got me free two day shipping as well. I was planning on getting a TV from Best Buy as well, and Totaltech would cover the mounting, installation, and warranty for free.
