We had Tommy and Cole out for a new Sony XR TV upgrade to an oldie but goodie home theater system here in Bend Oregon. They were an awesome team: astute, polite, and on time. Reprogrammed a Harmony 655 universal remote and every thing works like magic. Geek Squad Victory!

The Geek squad support has been incredibly helpful in many ways. they have fixed my old computer and given me a lot of needed information. Their patience and skill gives me peace of mind which is important after dealing with an earlier hacking.

This membership was a really great value. I needed it several times.

Best Buy advertises you can cancel anytime. After two years, I decided I no longer needed this membership. I hit the cancel button in my BB user portal and was greeted with an error message stating I need to chat or call them to cancel due to system issues. I elected the chat option where the person on the other side was dishonest at times and tried every trick to wait me out so that I would not cancel. Finally, I had to state that I read the terms and conditions in the membership and can cancel anytime without reason. After ~30 minutes and my demanding to cancel immediately, the retention specialist finally gave us and agreed to cancel the membership. That took 30 seconds and could have happened at the beginning of the call. Best Buy, please consider updating how you manage subscriptions and advertise the ability for customers to cancel. This experience negatively impacted my brand perception and trust in Best Buy.

the people in the geek squad are very helpful and can explain things in terms I can understand I am an eighty year old woman and am not totally technology illiterate--almost and they never make me feel dumb they are a great group

I can live without this subcriptions. totally worth the money. The team is very helpful when ever I need it. the computer comes with a geek squad icon on the desk top and i can chat when ever i need it

This turned out to be a bargain. By buying it, the installation and delivery charge were taken off bill, saving over $350. The TV is now protected for longer in cause we hslave an issue. The membership is good for any repair including computers

This membership gave me peace of mind during my first year in college. I bought a television, a macbook pro, headphones and air purifier. In college, bad stuff happens but its always good to know Best buy got my back in all my products.

I'm so glad I purchased the total plan, I have really been missing out by not having it before now. It is great with the coverage I get on the items I purchase and the discounts I receive on some items is great also. You can't afford not to buy the total tech plan.

In general great for installations. Twice damage caused by installation but your insurance company made it correct. Expertise varied by installers

Didn’t have my service done when they said they would but they did keep me informed of the delay, but only let me know at the exact time of my scheduled pick-up.
