Love it. Easy to use. Very much worth it. Lots of savings, room to pay without any interest. You have choices of 6 or 12 months. ZERO interest and super easy at the counter. Not to mention the online easy use and of course be the first to know when thongs are price dropping or release dates.

So far I have been very happy with my Best Buy membership! We replaced a microwave and had it installed within a couple of days…and they carted the old one off for us! The membership really made our transaction and setting a time for delivery and installation so easy!

I have been a Geek Squad member for over 12 years. I have made several purchases during this time and also used the services of IT specialists. All associates have been extremely patient and helpful when I need assistance. Extended warranties and delivery and installation an added bonus.

This is the perfect complement to any Best Buy purchase that has a protection plan option. For my quest three I know I will use my controllers a lot. To replace the controllers I would have to pay $130 and send them off to Meta. With this plan I can just bring it to any Best Buy stores and get an exchange without any downtime. Thank you Best Buy for this great option.

God forbid I didn’t have this protection. The cost to fix computers is outrageous so the piece of mind is worth every penny.

The cost of this program covered the delivery fee, installation fee and removal and haul away of my old appliances that other companies would have charged. In addition, I applied for a Best Buy credit card and got 10% cash back on the purchase of the new appliances to use on future purchase. There are more Tech perks and warranty perks with this program too. The process was easy without any hassle. I highly recommend this program.

Just the installing all of my data from my old computer to the new one is well worth the cost of the membership. Looking forward to having someone I can contact if I have any issues with my computer. They were helpful and explained things before we left the store.
