it works in any devices so use it up. you can at least find out whats wrong with your device and maybe get it fixed no charge

The membership is starting to pay off! It was posed as getting 2 years for the price of one … but that is not the case. The selling point was being able to bring other devices in!!!

I took my computer to your geek squad because I was hacked. I signed up for a year membership. He told me it would be finished in a couple of days. Two days later I went in, at 11:30am, they told me it would be ready later that day. I went back at 5:45 pm, it wasn’t ready and they said they would CALL ME when it was ready. No call. I went back 5 days later. It had be ready 5 days prior, but Nobody called. I call that poor service.

I have nothing but praises about this membership. Just completed my first year, it was great! the benefits are worth it. I did hear that some of the benefits/services will be cut back. that's a bummer!!!! I do have to say it's worth having the protection plan though and member pricing...

My Best Buy Total membership is worth the money, even though it's a little pricey, but you get extended warranty, extended return period and special promotions. For me it's worth the price.

Membership is a great value. I always use it when I need service. Would recommend to anyone.

I have not had to use the service too often, but when I've needed it I was happy with the results.

I originally was just gonna pay for the one year because I needed a new washer and dryer, but the value of this membership is so much more than I expected. Im thinking I'm gonna keep this membership long-term. I've upped the quality of my life with things I wouldn't have thought I could afford before this membership and line of store credit (bed frame, kitchen appliances, foot bath, etc). Plus protection plans on everything!!!

I haven't kept track of the savings since I enrolled in the membership plan, but I can attest that it has been significant, especially with my electronic equipment.

I purchased this membership when my son bought a laptop. I love it because I have reassurance that if anything happens to his laptop it will be covered. I have purchased many items through Best Buy because of this membership. I also get discounts on purchases.

The best buy membership is like an insurance policy that will cover you should your purchases break. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Having this program is a blessing for us. We don’t have to figure out who to call for fixing or troubleshooting.
