Geek squad didn’t do much to diagnose a problem with a pc and then weren’t able to order in any parts . Talked me into getting this membership. Not worth it.

Total tech has been amazing. It literally pays for itself. I have had my new iphone set up at geek squad normal service cost over 300 dollars done at no cost. Had my wifes computer set up normally over 100 dollars to do at no cost. Plus the savings you get as a member for protection plans and deals make it a no brainer to get.

When my fitbit charge 6 stopped working, I spent at least thirty minutes with Fitbit customer service trying to fix it. I walked into Best Buy and gave them my Total Tech number. They didn't have my model in store, so they had a new one shipped to my house. Easy.

I have been a member for years and have always saved more than the the cost of the plan. Being a “non geek” the pease of mind is worth the cost. This service has saved me from having to purchase new equipment on several occasions. Just recently they were able to install new software that by online bank required on my IMac. Great plan great service.
