Good idea let down by poor web devs

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Totaltech is a good idea with nice perks like exclusive drops for high demand items but it is let down by buggy and poorly written website code. The queue system for high demand items tends to loop at verify which is a known issue that customer support says they regularly encounter. However, after months the problem still exists which makes it clear the store team are either unable to fix t or dont care. Either way save the frustration and dont give Best Buy your money until they hire competent developers.
