I have been a member for years and have always saved more than the the cost of the plan. Being a “non geek” the pease of mind is worth the cost. This service has saved me from having to purchase new equipment on several occasions. Just recently they were able to install new software that by online bank required on my IMac. Great plan great service.

I would not own a computer without this protection. The service is dependable, and trustworthy for any issues I have ever had. They are courteous and understanding when you don't know how to do something they explain it very well and even show you.

This is an excellent value, you receive member only pricing, protection plans are included in all your purchases and you receive free/ reduced tech services.

Worth it for the price match and warranty alone! Purchased a computer monitor for $1699 and then it went on sale two weeks later for $1199. I went in-store and received my $500 difference. You can also chat with them to receive the price match. Not to mention a two year warranty on your purchases.

Protection for items you spend lots of hard earned money on... do I really need to say more?

This membership is wonderful. The money you save and the service you receive is not available anyplace else. I have purchased many items, but the best thing was my dishwasher, delivery, setup and they took the old dishwasher away. Could not ask for anything more.

Good stuff great store and online options I’ve been a loyal customer for ove 30 years

This has been a fantasic product. A major virus came in via email. Many hours of work they got it fixed backed up. Installed some software and hardware. This was on a Lenovo Idea Pad i3.

So happy I have this coverage. I especially like the 24/7 protection as I live out of town.

My membership is of great value to me and my Business.

The first purchase (processor for PC) I was told the extended warranty doesn't apply. We'll see how the year's membership goes to determine whether or not it's renewed.

My Best Buy membership is wonderful. I would never go anywhere else.

For the price it is the best piece of mind you can buy, the people are the best to have when problems come up and they will.

Despite multiple attempts to utilize my Best Buy TotalTech subscription, every technical issue I reported remains unresolved. In several instances, the attempted repairs actually exacerbated the problem, forcing me to seek outside professionals to fix the damage. Given that the service consistently fails to deliver on its promises regardless of which technician is assigned, I find the membership to be a subpar investment of both time and money. I would not be renew my subscription.

We have been fans of Total Tech ever since we purchased our membership. Service is super and they really stand up for you if you have a problem. Had issues with a new DVD player (sometimes issues are in your device when it comes out of the box. Returned the item, they verified purchase, took mine and gave me a new one, member of Geek squad installed and all is well.
