Really bad experience

Unfortunately, mine was far from positive. Purchased a NordicTrack Exercise bike and was really excited to use it. Received it within a few days, but the person that was going to put it together said they told him it was an electric bike, and he couldn’t put my exercise bike together. So, it sat in a box for over a month because I could not get any answers from the many calls to TotalTech ‘concierge’ team. I must have called 7-8 times, each 20 something, unprofessional, ‘concierge’ person I spoke to: 1. Put me on hold for no less than 15-30 minutes. No idea what they were doing; 2. Promised I would hear back from someone (was even given a case number)…crickets; 3. And not for one minute genuinely to the initiative to help (except the last person I cancelled the order/scheduled a pick up with). I was told there was no one that could install a NordicTrack. Hmmm, isn’t that why I purchased TotalTech? Overall, I wasted so much time and frustration dealing with customer service (aka Concierge) staff that took such little pride in their jobs and helping customers.

Little pricey but could spend much more without it
