I love the membership, very good, buying products with discounts and also with protection, I love the Best Buy store, the best in technology.

Despite multiple attempts to utilize my Best Buy TotalTech subscription, every technical issue I reported remains unresolved. In several instances, the attempted repairs actually exacerbated the problem, forcing me to seek outside professionals to fix the damage. Given that the service consistently fails to deliver on its promises regardless of which technician is assigned, I find the membership to be a subpar investment of both time and money. I would not be renew my subscription.

I think the thing I appreciate the most about total membership is how much money i save without having to purchase individual warranty on my items. With having 24/7 support access to geek squad and their help, it feels like the services i am receiving are worth the money. I also love that we get exclusive access to deals and its really does save a lot of money in the long run.

Total Membership is a benefit that is important and valuable. I recommend to family and friends to give peace of mind.

Cover everything you buy and troubleshooting even if already existing products. Not like Amazon that wont cover spills or drops

Protection plans are important incase your piece of technology breaks you can still go replace it or be able to fix it free of cost.
