I like the membership so far although since I’m not big on technology, I’m trying to find ways to take full advantage of all the perks it comes with without feeling like I paid a lot for something I didn’t use.

Tried to get a price match for a tv that went on sale 4 weeks after I bought it. The tv is $200 cheaper on best buy’s website. Well inside their 60 day return window. Was told when buying the total tech that if it went on sale within 60 days that they would simply refund my credit card and then recharge the card with on sale price. Instead all “their system” would let them do is give me a gift card for the $200. I just spent over $3000 updating my system and won’t need anything there for a while. Interest rates are booming and it blows my mind that they can’t do a simple return. Dirty pool Best Buy

Total tech is a recommended purchase so that you can get longer warranty times for product purchased but when something actually breaks, I found it just a little effort to get service. Maybe it was just that one time fluke but I think I’m still a bit salty about my appointment being messed up. But overall I would recommend the service.

Bought this when I upgraded to my Xbox Series X. I have since purchased a new iPhone and AirPods, so they are both covered by AppleCare+. Best Buy automatically registered for the AppleCare+ warranty for both the iPhone and AirPods. I didn't have to do anything, which was very convenient. It has paid for itself already and I haven't shopped for the holidays yet.

I was so skeptical to have this membership maybe not so good. But I’m glad that I listened to one customer service guy. This membership is very helpful to me especially I bought my first time Macbook. And the Geek Squad is so helpful too when they transfered all my documents to my new macbook. Now I am so happy that I got this membership.

I have used this a bunch to clean my computer for me when it gets really slow. I am not a techie person but so far I have had no issues. They do what they say

I believe that being a Best Buy Total member is awesome! Getting discount pricing on some my favorite tech is really nice! Also instant protection on any cell phone or tablets I purchase. Extended return windows on purchases as well! The membership pays for itself, with thoughtful buys!

I always get total coverage . It is much more convienant to call, let them access the systema nd take over while you go out.

This membership provides great peace of mind. We have has the geek squad over to the house to help us twice. Have had them transfer memory data from an old computer to a new one. It's great especially if you don't consider yourself an expert on electronics.

Great customer service, easy drop off procedures and generally done with repairs in 24hrs (even thought they allow for longer if needed)

The membership is worth the value. Pretty much everything I get from Best Buy is minimum $300 so the yearly value is worth it when you have multiple, portable, easily breakable, items ranging from $300 - $1500 dollars.
