With all the electronics in my house it's been very nice to get the help for upgrades to computer memory, aging batteries and minor fixes/diagnoses without my having to worry about destroying something as a DIY selfer. I feel we get our money's worth after a single visit

I really love being a Best buy total tech member. My son broke my touch screen computer I brought it back to Best buy because I'm up total tech member they diagnosed it and told me it was able to be fixed. With that they gave me a gift card for the price I paid for it so when I went bought a new one it only cost me $34 booyah!!!!

Worth every penny and when you break it down monthly it is cheaper than Netflix. This protection plan gives you coverage on everything you buy at Best Buy. I own a LG C1, G2 and G4 and they are covered form burn in and components, you name it and they cover it.

I love bestbuy customer service. They are always here to help quick and easy. The price match program is especially amazing considering all the flash deals that happen within a moments notice. Highly reccomend to anybody even partially interested. You will make your money back and more. Very satisfied customer

The geek squad at Avon Indiana helped me sign up for the Best Buy membership. Even though I’ve purchased TVs , satellite , computers and other technology equipment, no one has ever offered that to me to assist with possible repairs

My Best Buy Total is one of the best things Best Buy can offer someone. We live in a high tech world and knowing that there is a service that can help protect all your tech from multiple things is great. The yearly price is a little steep for a service you may never use every year, but like the saying goes, "It is better to have and not need it whether don't have it and need it.

We bought this membership as we bought a computer, 2 Ipads, and a drone. I will forever keep this membership. They help me set up the equipment and taught me everything I needed to know. The staff is well versed in their knowledge of each system and they're all very professional, patient, and kind. I am confident that if a problem should arise moving forward the Geek Squad at Best Buy has my back.

They were very quick and fast. Even though my laptop was unfixable they still were very helpful and even recycled the laptop for me. I signed up for the 1 year plan and saved a ton thanks to the help of a team member. Thanks best buy, i definitely want to order a laptop from here bc i know im in good hands.

Between the extended warranties, special pricing deals, and extra supoort, being a paid member is pretty decent deal. I wish some of the perks will a little more pronounced for discounts or maybe give you an option once or twice a year to choose what you get a discount on, it overall, it is a pretty decent deal with good services.
