Great membership, it covers all our computers, even ones we got elsewhere. Last time we did not renew it (which was a long time ago) we had a computer go down and we got started back up and have been with them ever since. Just good knowing we have it. Also like getting movies and other things ship to our home with no shipping charge. Love it.

This membership plan has been a God-send! Little did I know that I'd have need of the Geek Squad several times for my laptop, printer, and iPhone!!! This plan has saved me so much money! It has paid for itself over and above! I'm very thankful it was offered and I agreed to buy the plan. I don't usually buy these plans for any appliances or other equipment. This is the best decision, and I highly recommend it.

I was not familiar with Geek Squad work at all. Purchased this plan and had them immediately work on two computers. Not only did they fix the computers but by having this membership I saved a lot of money and look forward to continuing to use this membership. Price deductions on other items are helpful also.

I just purchased my washing machine, a Samsung. So far it’s working great I just wish it was a lil bigger 4.5 cubic ft for a family of six. The only issue I have is that I was trying to get a 5 year warranty but it charged me for 1 year for 193. Personally that was too expensive in my opinion so I asked for a refund which they did give.

Geek Squad found the issue and resolved it and I can use my computer now, would recommend.

This membership helps to afford any repairs put should offer more of a discount.

Best Buy Total is the best service plan I have had the pleasure of purchasing. It is a fantastic value for an the coverage it provides and gives us special member prices and early fake announcements. Two consecutive times products were supposed to be delivered within two days and they have failed to meet that requirement of the guarantee that is part of the membership.

I recently bought a house and I am very happy with the membership. I was only looking for a team that would help me get rid of the old appliances and install the new appliances, but what I love about the membership is the exclusive deals/prices for the members. I saved around $1,000 buying a new Fridge, Gas Stove, Microwave, and Dishwasher (including installation and getting rid of the old ones)

When I found out that a Best Buy Total membership meant I could bring ANY laptop I had in, I immediately knew the value. As a mom with two college age kids, and multiple laptops, this membership would pay for itself, and fast. LOL I'm so thankful the guy helping me make my purchase took the time to let me know about this amazing deal!

Access to Geek squad is a major plus, well worth it if you can get it!

This membership is a great value for me. Discounts on AppleCare, having unlimited support and discounted installation services makes it a must for me. Recently bought a Traeger and for $50 they delivered that beast and set it up for me. Without this membership I would have had to spend more in beer to find somebody to borrow their truck and help me put this beast together!

If you have a service need and have a product (on our case) a laptop that needs servicing, the availability and the efficiency is good with their customer service. Unfortunately, in store they said they repaired a virus and was discovered not to have been repaired after returning to school. Due to this reason, the membership was cancelled, but in that process, the service was swift and helpful and friendly. Refund for unused months was issued immediately.
