Had multiple issues and had to call the 800# multiple times and received the absolute worst service. Multiple people were rude and unable/unwilling to help. Tried to escalate to a supervisor but according to moultiplw representatives, supervisors don’t have phones. What kind of call center doesn’t allow for escalated issues? I’m just stuck with whichever person answers? What kind of operational mode is that? Terrible.

I'm sure it is fine if I could hear and had the right numbers punched in.
