The membership is very convenient, especially if you purchase your appliances, etc. through BestBuy. Your purchase history is provided in an easily searchable list with a great big button, "SUPPORT options"

A bit expensive but definitely worth every penny if you shop at Best Buy Enough. The ability to replace almost any tech at any time due to it breaking or a malfunction is great.. i'll for sure be getting it ahain

Not sure why it's priced so high, I've not seen one benefit worth its weight. Discount eats a little more than taxes, installs have been a nightmare, and scheduling is riddled with communication holes. Call center isnt local, so store has no idea what they've arranged other than by notes they left them. Any real pertinent info isn't available to the consumer or the call center. You have no possible way to contact local store to get info pertinent to your individual situation. When making a special trip to the store, they dial a management line on thier phone to a call center and have you wait on their in store phone to handle any issues. They react quicker to membership holders, but the reaction is usually half cocked and not implemented to any reasonable outcome. I'm patient, and have worked service my entire life. I wouldn't charge anyone for this level of service, which they've now revamped to even less benefit to the member. Steer clear, from my personal experience.

This is a great program and it covers everything for 2 yrs I would suggest it bc it is cheaper than carrying the insurance on your phone

I haven't really used the perks of the membership. I just got it when i applied for the credit card. It seems like really hood benefits though.

I purchase my daughter a computer and I bought the membership and I could use it immediately with my other daughter’s computer that needed some upgrades and my daughter’ is very happy. I also bought a refrigerator and it is cover as well.

The Geek squad is amazing and very cooperative. They are efficient in their work and they ensure that you have the best quality as fast as they can provide it. Never had an issue with them. Very understanding and knows how to do their job.

I never go without protection on my tech products. Best Buy has the best protection for your tech around. It is affordable and totally worth it. The staff is very helpful, knowledgable and there to help you with any and all needs tech related.

This membership is true value. I had an old computer of mines that I could not remember the password for and they were able to get me in without blanking an eye it seems. I’ve been trying to remember the password for years

This membership is real value and it’s easy as Best Buy can install all the items required for home

There's a high buy in. But you will be thankful the very first time a $1200 phone bricks itself from predatory updates at the end it's cycle so some tech company can get you to buy a new one.

I had a complex home theatre connection issue. It took the team 2 hours to solve it. They had to call experts on the phone, but they did get the problem solved within a single visit. I'm happy with the service and professionalism of the crew.

This is a great deal! The Geek Squad personnel are very helpful and nice. It assures they will be there when you need them. Just be sure that you keep your membership updated every year.

I usually get this because I don’t know much about electronics and I get good service from Best Buy. I just don’t like the long waits in line even though I have an appointment

Everyone has been very helpful so far and we have saved money using the program. I was in IT in the past, but I no longer keep the tools around to upgrade and work on my equipment. This solves that issue for me.
