If you have a service need and have a product (on our case) a laptop that needs servicing, the availability and the efficiency is good with their customer service. Unfortunately, in store they said they repaired a virus and was discovered not to have been repaired after returning to school. Due to this reason, the membership was cancelled, but in that process, the service was swift and helpful and friendly. Refund for unused months was issued immediately.

I have purchased many major appliances from Best Buy and had little to no problems with them

My Total Tech membership is great, although I haven't used it yet, for any needs. Will be up for renewal soon, so I figured I will do so. The Tech sales people have been pretty good with me. I'm also talking about the Best Buy Associates, too. They are amazing. There now seems to be a lack of other good needs to buy Electronic items on the web, I think. Where did Circuit City go? -- (out of business).

This membership is definitely worth the price. It actually saved me money for the services I needed done on my PC. This membership will definitely come in handy for the Christmas season.

It was a little pricy for this membership but it’s worth it to get the extra protection. I only bought the membership for the coverage not because of the customer service. In store service was great, over the phone was horrible.

The membership has worked well for me. I hear they are making changes again regarding delivery and set-up. Don’t know how they can sell you a plan then change the conditions. One last fall am another change coming later this spring or summer. I would think we would be grandfathered in on plan we originally purchased.

This membership is a great value. My computer was infected and all though they were unable to fix. They worked on it several times and I did end up buying a new computer but I really am so grateful for all the time invested.

I like being able to talk to someone without additional charge. However, the tech that looked at my computer interface with my hp 2510 printer handled it in a ruff manner and broken the plastic tabs on the paper feed. It cannot be repaired unfortunately. I was offered a discount by the Geek Squad manager but have yet to afford another printer at that price.

I love this membership plan, great coverage for ALL my tech products and I love the Geek Squad support.

I've saved over $300 just in the month I've had my Best Buy membership and it's looking like it's going to continue to save me money as I continue shopping with Best Buy it's probably one of the better reward programs out there especially if you're one for Rewards collecting bonuses keep in mind they do expire

Very disappointed in the new Total Tech programs installation policy. Best Buy should have grandfathered in loyal program members who have been members for years. Reducing the annual cost by $20.00 is meaningless. I would have been happier if the cost for the same previous benefits had increased even by $50.00. This was not a very smart move by Best Buy. If i had known about the elimination of the installation benefit i probably would not have spent over $800.00 on a TV at Best Buy, i would have bought it at Sams Club.

The benefits of this membership are a great value. Having one yearly subscription to cover multiple products saves money and makes it easier to manage. On top of the protection services, you get first dibs on deals and exclusive offers. I highly recommend this membership if you purchase more than one product from Best Buy.

I haven’t had to actually use this so I can’t really speak on the coverage, but I will say the fact that it covers everything that I purchase at Best Buy is definitely a plus.

Its a great production protection to have for all your electronics. One thing can improve is reaching a person thats speaks and understand English.

It is a credit card with a HIGH percentage rate but when I bought my new computer and accessories it offered interest free for a year and has Best buy club and Geek squad with it so all in all not that bad of a deal as long as you use it wisely. Would have a better rating except for the interest rate.

I highly recommend purchasing the Totaltech membership. It can come in handy when you least expect it to. I was happy to know that I had purchased when I was buying home items for my new home. It made me happy to know that everything I bought was guaranteed and could be replaced/repaired. BUY the membership, it helps to cover your purchases!

This membership has been of Great Value…The Geek Squad is so helpful & courteous.I have had to use them recently, after an unlucky Lightning Strike, which caused my Mother Board to need to be replaced & also when my computer was Hacked by a Scammer.

I have used Geek Squad several times over the years to repair our computers, do backups after haard drive crashes, etc. And now the Totaltech membership offers extra benefits, such as discounts on appliance/product installations. I used that discount when we bought a gas cooktop earlier this year. It offers great peace of mind to have Best Buy Totaltech as another resource.

Having a reliable source when I have had computer issues or questions has made my life less stressful. So happy I purchases this
