I have had the Best Buy total and it is ok. I just like what they use to have before they came out with this one. The older one was much better but have to get this one since it is the only one that they have.

So many times we buy things and skip the warranties bc of cost. Best Buy looks out for its customers to bring them back again and again! I have purchased membership and USED the benefits of my membership...repairs, returns, help with products...its been a true blessing to have, especially if you don't have a tech savvy person to call lol

Contemplated just getting the plus plan but having protection plans for stuff is great plus instore computer services including in total. Even if you just buy a few things from bestbuy a year its worth it especially if you buy printers game controllers things that are always made to go bad nowadays saves you in the long run.

I love all the benefits that are included with My Best Buy Total. I've saved money and been able to have repairs on items I bought elsewhere!

I was a little worried that this subscription would be another thing that the company doesn’t do everything they advertise but that’s not true at all. I got a MacBook Pro and decided that it wasn’t for me, so I went a month later to return it even though the policy is 14 days but with totaltech it’s 60. They let me return it with no problems! I’m glad I got the totaltech subscription!

Considered this option as a relatively frequent tech buyer. The membership cost pays itself off rapidly and covers most of your tech needs. In store you will also find special reduced pricing on various items for members. Value is subjective to your use case, for someone like me who likes to cycle through tech, this was an easy decision and as already within 3 months more than paid itself off.

Best Buy is my go to store - not just for Tech, but for many other things. The employees are always there, ready to help and answer all of my questions. Thank you!

I love total tech!! I love that everything automatically has a 3 year insurance. It oays for itself for me because, i shop at best buy for all my appliances and electronics.

This earned a 5-star rating before they eliminated their free home visit policy but it is still a great value.

I’ve shopped at Best Buy for many, many, many years. NEVER disappointed. NEVER discouraged. ALWAYS satisfied!!! I’ve purchased computers, sound bars, televisions, games and systems, music (albums!!!!, cassettes, & CD’s, toys, refrigerators, desks, chairs, and SO MUCH MORE. I’m a total tech member. My life is Best Buy. I TRULY am Best Buy’s Biggest Fan:-)

I called in the middle of the night, which may have something to do with it, but I sometimes wait a long time for customer service. Also, sometimes when I'm trying to figure out how to reply, the customer service staff will automatically turn off the conversation. I understand this is for efficiency, but it makes me feel bad. Hope it can be improved, or ask if there are any questions.

Most helpful when we encountered PC issues even after warranty expired.

I'm hoping my membership pays for itself...it's almost black friday and I'm hoping for a lower price on my computer! Fingers crossed. The membership has price match for 90 days.

Rating Best Buy total membership with 5 stars for now..I haven't had to use it yet...fingers crossed that I don't need to... But with the service I have received at my local store, I don't for see an issue down the line. I like the assurance that my electronics are covered!

Great plan to have for those unfamiliar with computer items, e.g., computers and smart phones. Geek squad is there to help you use the products you buy. Don't know who else I could turn to for help.

Seemed like a good idea. I plan on purchasing a new laptop and using Geek Squad assistance.

What's not to love about this membership. It cover's all your devices. It's good to have a great product that is affordable and takes care of all your electronics

I absolutely love the idea behind this program. Everything I purchase automatically gets a 2 year protection plan. My Apple products get AppleCare Plus. I save on the price of the things I buy. The program really pays for itself.
