Total waste
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.200 wasted dollars bought washer and dryer on oct 9th, Today is Nov 19 and they have cancelled the delivery three times. They give you discounts each time but at this point we still don't have the appliances. Today Best Buy called and canceled the delivery since the truck was broken.( we have two broken trucks in 3 weeks) SI I called Best Buy and apparently the dryer was still enroute on another truck. They apparently split the order. Who does that? The Total Tech person told me that my washer was still in delivery granted it was ordered 40 days ago. They simply gave it to someone else. For the record I have called Best Buys 12-14 times in the past 3 weeks. Each week, i have been told a manager would call me back to help me resolve the matter. Each time no one ever called. Todays Total Tech person promised to call me back. I wont hold my breath.
