Also calling in is a waste of time they really don't try to help at all, so you have to waste your time to go into the store to request appointments only for them to say they can't do certain things.

I ordered a thermostat and wanted to let it installed by bestbuy because I read in Totaltech page that installation is free. But on the page I didn't see the option to choose free installation. then I called them. one customer service said the installation is free but I needed to pay $45 home visit fee. What is that? then I called another one she helped me to waive this time's fee but not the future. I cancel the membership because I don't want to put myself into such a bad situation. I want to receive a unified message with one voice. either on the page, or through service, free is free, without any exclusion or exceptions.
