This membership is a must to anyone that loves to shop at Best Buy and spends hours and hours in the store (much to the detriment of my marriage). We have used it a ton. Free installation on items and extended warranty coverage...It saves you money in the long run and is a must in my opinion.

The My Best Buy Total is the best thing for any Tech Geek or someone who loves the most up to date appliances. I like everything it covers and the perks of being a member. If you are on the fence. I would highly recommend.

Love being able to protect all of my items for one fee, as well as discounted in home labor. I wish they kept the “no restocking fee” aspect for total members, as sometimes things really dont work out as expected, and i pay them to get these perks.

This membership is a real value. I will keep this membership as long as I have a Best Buy account. We use it all the time never disappointed.

My daughter keep telling me about the great plans and deals your company had. ThenIfinally came to see for myself and she was right. Your employees had great customer service skills and did everything to help me get everything I needed on my first time.

Total tech has paid for itself more than twice over since getting it. With the purchase of just my washer and dryer the total tech saved me more money than paying for delivery outright. I since have purchased an oven and received free delivery and the extended warranty is an amazing added benefit

Have renewed this membership for 4 years running. Use it for computer virus issues, slow computer operating and apple care coverage for my ipad that was broken when grandson sat on it. The Best Buy staff have always been responsive and help correct any issues we have encountered in the past 4 years.

Awesome product! Best Buy offers so many different protection plans that you can’t go wrong when purchasing a product from them. Customer service is bilingual and so helpful.

Love how you have limited access to many stuff, the geek Squad, specials and discounts. Do enjoy the help when it comes to fixing are items. Really appreciate having this membership especially due to school and we’ll have family pets and they are always energetic.

The Geek Squad provides excellent customer service. We feel that the protection plan is definitely a good investment, since we are not very tech savvy.

I wasn’t going to purchase but realized the cost of getting my daughters fixed would be a few dollars less and thought how great it would be to get help with other things I saw that total tech covered! It has saved me hundreds and is quick and easy. Shane is the best associate I have worked with at geek squad and any Best Buy store in general.

All team members were great to work with, knowledgeable, went above and beyond and did a great service. They are a little hit or miss with communication because they scheduled an appointment with me and the day came and noone showed up. Turns out the part didnt come in and they didnt cancel with me.

Really enjoyed having the ability to have Electronics repaired or returned if needed.

The combination of protection plan costs for my S24 Ultra, Sony WF-1000XM5s, and various small purchases I've made as gifts over the past few months would all be nearly twice the price of the membership. It is basically free for me since I had intended to get those plans anyways.

The membership is a must have for value and perks it provides. Keep in mind this pays for itself for all you get in return for the care of a VIP shopper.
