The membership is a must have for value and perks it provides. Keep in mind this pays for itself for all you get in return for the care of a VIP shopper.

On medium and high value items we always go with the protection plan. Best Buy has been so easy to work with when things have issues. This just made sense. The extra time for returns, cheaper prices on select items, and more is just extra icing on the cake. It pays for itself so fast.

I recommend paying for the membership as it comes with special discounts for members and many more benefits!

So far… my Best Buy Membership started out with a superb home delivery and set up for our new Sony receiver. Duncan and Salvador were awesome!

This membership is a good item that protects high costs items. I've used this when a new laptop wasn't working and was able to get a different one to replace it. I feel more secure knowing I have t his protection.

This membership is for a deep dive of your devices so that you don't lose any additional value than what's needed. A service that is a safeguard in the tech industry where everything can go wrong. A must have service should you find yourself needing it, even in the event case you don't.

I have to admit that I was not interested in the Totaltech membership at first. However, the salesman Tim explained that it not only provides an extended warranty but also free installation. I have had a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, car remote start, car stereo all installed for free. The Totaltech membership saved me $$$ ( that's the symbol for hundreds). Thanks Tim!

Loved having the member ship until someone exhanged my order for stuff for themselves and never got my refund from Best Buy

Cant get a better value. The geek squad more then pays for the total service. Also extends warrantys on all products purchased. Just the best!

Such a good value! Even if not needed during the year, it is great comfort to know I have backup if needed for help with my electronic devices. Always well treated, even if it is just for a question on my electrical devices use, or on best replacements.

Sales staffs are not educated and do not have enough knowledge and ethics to provide good service , only want to make a sale.also it is frustrating , Verizon phone co. is only co can have apple I phone .and their musty sales people are following customers .
