I love the discounts that I get on PS Store and Nintendo eStore gift cards, that 15% off really helps. I also love the buy 2 get 1 free on Switch games, as well as not having to pay for protection plans anymore. The only reason that I didn’t rate it 5 stars, is that I wish that they also had the same buy 2 get 1 deal on PlayStation and X Box consoles as well.

I have been very pleased with the tech service received. I was reluctant at first but my former service retired and I had to find a replacement. Best Buy filled the need very nicely. They have helped me on serveral occasions - over the phone, in my house and in the store. I am glad I signed up for the service.

Sales staffs are not educated and do not have enough knowledge and ethics to provide good service , only want to make a sale.also it is frustrating , Verizon phone co. is only co can have apple I phone .and their musty sales people are following customers .

When you have this membership you get help so easily and they are so kind!

I love the whole idea of this membership! At first i didn't think it made sense as i just needed a quick fix on my laptop but i thought hey i have kids so it might just come in handy. And it definitely did because i dropped my laptop and instead of paying for a whole new one i can simple make a quick appt and just bring it in to get looked at for no extra charge! Very convenient and stress free.

Best subscription I've ever purchased. I got it at the perfect timing. I purchased the Best Buy Total plan, and the very next day, my wife's laptops wifi driver scrapped out and started having issues. Brought it in to geek squad without an appointment (I wasn't aware we had to set one first), and was seen immediately. The service was amazing.

for the value of the service it is not bad. i would recommend getting it if you need extra help from geek squad.

I have been trying several laptops, which i have had to return many times. They have never given me any hassle. I finally found one that works great! I will definitely continue to renew my Total Plus Plan yearly! I will buy all my electronics from Best Buy without any hesitation!
