I havent had the opportunity to use the membership but am happy that when i need to it will be well worth it.

I had a few issues with my recent purchase of a Lenovo laptop (nothing remotely serious), but everytime I went into the store the counter men were great. Kudos and thank yous to Evan Besser, Jon Herra & Matt Harrington, and anyone in the back who helped us. Everything was taken care of quickly and correctly.
