I usually get Geek Squad Protection, but did not renew Totaltech membership. I thought it was to pricey.

I get value out of my membership, I usually swap out my headphones with warranty and it's free! Otherwise I would pay each time I've exchanged it, and I've already exchanged my headphones 5+ times and counting

The membership is really outstanding. It helped me find the right and perfect product that I was looking for with great offers.

I been using this for in case scenario. But in over the service is great. I can call and ask on assistance and they will be able to help. They also help if you have any question about the item as much as they. I can’t complain. I have great experience.

The technicians at Best Buy really take pride in their job and are very knowledgeable and know what they’re doing and they’re out to make you happy. I’m always satisfied.

After the TV was delivered the techs came out to install it. They were early and did everything that I needed, although I had to order more cables to get installation completed. I will have them come back to finish. they mounted the TV and set up the streaming stations.

While I didn't use this service very much, knowing it was here was helpful. Plus the folks I spoke to were very nice and professional.

Total Tech is a great value for anyone who frequents best buy for their tech products. More than once has this helped me to resolve an issue that would have otherwise been no covered and led to much frustration

So far so good. I love that delivery and haul always are free for members. My husband and I just ordered all new appliances for the kitchen and it knocked off about $500 dollars off our purchase. We also got special pricing on the refrigerator because of our membership.

How can you beat protection plans on your purchases, great support, excellent customer service and the ease of knowing you have an amazing Best Buy support staff available to help you! Membership is Priceless!

This membership is a good value. I like the fact that you can ask about any product that you’ve bought from Best Buy for tech help. Also being able to add on product protection after the purchase.

Great tech service. Takes a while to actually schedule an appointment. Follow up on written service documentation is very hard to get.

I feel super secure knowing that if anything happens BestBuy will help me out on top of that, anytime I've needed any sort of help they have always come through in the best ways they can.

its a lot of money but if you are going to buy anything major they will deliver it and set it up for you for free if you have this plan. it also gives you discounts on some items, not many. it also helps with repairs and gives an extended warranty of 2 years.

This is just what I needed….all of my products are protected and I can get help and services when I need it!

Totaltech is like having an IT Technician at my disposal for whatever my software/hardware needs are. There equipment set up is also just as remarkable. I buy it, they hook it up. Always friendly service whether in my home or over the phone.
