Previous years electronics lasted longer compared to today. I find it important to invest in warranty’s for the unexpected and being apart of the my total where often you will see special promos designed specifically for you. You have the option to pay a subscription or not.

Shopping for Christmas so lots of electronics and gaming systems are always on the list. This membership is a good value & gives me peace of mind that the items I purchase are protected and service is included, if necessary. I'm grateful to have Best Buy stand behind their products and their Geek Squad services.

Definitely worth the money. We purchased a 75in TV and a year later had orbit they replaced the TV

I purchased this membership when I purchased my 86 inch Hisense Flat Screen and it was a great deal and I was able to have peace of mind!

What can I say? I am in love with my TotalTech. They are there for me anytime, they are so kind and friendly. I get my things done so much faster with their help. I get great pricing and everything i get is covered under warranty. they give me great information on products that I am interested in purchasing and make me feel comfortable with my purchase. I am so please with all my products from Best Buy.

The membership may seem like a lot but it’s much cheaper than paying through each visit if your having a lot of issues with your tech.

I saved more than the cost already and the Apple care and extended warranty is worth it by itself. I miss the Best Buy certificates. This is well worth the money.

A yearly price for Best buy in geek squad to protect all of your items It's a no-brainer especially with children

I have called the Geek Squad, which is part of My Best Buy Total agreement and they have been very responsive, the 2 times. They were always on time very polite, fixed the problems and left I am pleased with this service. I have been a customer for 3 years. One happy customer. Barbara

Good service full membership helped be covered for more than 30 days and I could return my laptop since it had issues with the screen

not bad, exclusive pricing and a 2 year warranty on almost anything you buy, as long as you renew your membership during that 2 year period. but I was frustrated at how difficult it was to purchase geek squad warranties longer than 2 years, I had to go into the store and find a knowledgeable associate to work their magic in the computer system. if it wasn't for that I would have probably kept the membership. fair warning, it is pretty difficult to cancel your membership, you can't just do it online, it requires a phone call and waiting on hold and they will ask you to explain why you are canceling - the good news is that they will refund you the amount remaining for the time you had left, I had a few weeks and got $4.00 back, for example. it is a bit of a bummer when you cancel and get notifications for all of the geek squad warranties that are going away. last thought it is great to have for TV mounting installations, it is included in the membership, great perk, but I don't need anymore tv's mounted at this time.
