Total tech has saved me 600 dollars in less than a month with the free install portion alone, this service makes me feel like I'm stealing from the company, I have had a deck, amp, sun, door speakers installed so far with another set of door speakers and 4 channel amp to come along with back up camera I will save over a 1000 dollars in under to months, and the extender's warranty upgrades for free makes this a total bargin

Total tech is getting expensive, however, it is worth it when you need tech help and we often to. Also, because we had it in force, when we bought a new refrigerator, the haul-away of the old one was free. We were also given an additional discount on the sale price. It is worth taking the protection.

I didn't think it was worth buying at first but, turns out it was. I usually bought the Greek squad protection anyways but this makes it way easier. I get to know the sales drop first now and there's usually a little extra off the normal sale price non members get.

Didn't go as smoothly as I thought it would. Even though I had an appt I had to wait. When I bought the laptop I was told the geek squad needed some hours or a day to do it. But when I brought my new laptop & old CPU they said 2-3 days! Some people can't be without their computers for that long. Fortunately the geek at the desk did a quick transfer from my old computer to a flash drive. If he could do that why couldn't be just do it to the new laptop?

I have purchased BBTT and its definitely worth the price. They are easy to communicate with and always have positive interactions. If you ever get open box items would definitely purxhase this incase something goes wrong with your item. I had purchased a gaming pc and the gpu was not working. I unfortunately had to lose my laptop for 2 weeks but they had it completely repaired at no extra cost.

Geek Squad gives you the opportunity to live peace of mind knowing something happen at you devices but you are protected.
