Initially, I was skeptical to bring my computer in for service. However, the Geek Squad did a fantastic job bringing my old computer back to life without losing my old apps (for which I can't find my original USB Drive or Discs in order to reinstall). I am very thankful for the top-notch service. And if need be, I won't hesitate to make use of the Totaltech service I signed up for. Certainly, it's a great value.

This membership is a no brained and an excellent value if you are a frequent Best Buy patron. Especially if you have children you buy a lot of electronics for. Best Buy is second to none when it comes to making sure you are protected with your purchases. I’d highly recommend being a member of this service.

I bought the membership at first for my gaming desktop for repairs and installations but I received more benefits than just from my computer, but to everything in the store. It is a little expensive but definitely worth the buck.

This membership has been pretty helpful. We have bought a few appliances so it evened out with the free delivery. Had a few issues with my oven and this kept my geek squad coverage on it so it was no cost to get it fixed.

My old laptop finally stopped working. I went to the Geek Squad and asked if they could help and they said yes. They tried and it was not possible. They recommended replacement and downloaded my old one into the new one. I like the new laptop.

It was great until my payment failed and all of my warranties were cancelled. I paid it as soon as I found out which was a few days. I went to the store and they told me ask of my product's warranties were cancelled and the was nothing in could do. The call in services are spectacular.

This plan is essential for electronics. I would totally buy it again.
