Definitely got my moneys worth on the annual membership. I saved money on PC repairs. If I didn't have Geek Squad, it would have been cheaper to replace the PC. Got a good discount on a pressure washer because of Geek Squad membership. Saved me a trip to the Apple store helping me with questions about my Iphone

This plan is essential for electronics. I would totally buy it again.

If you are a Apple user, this membership is a real value. Member prices, plus the automatic Apple Care with all apple purchases when you are a memeber more than pays fro itself. The unlimited Geek Squad support is great. Also, love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchases!

After already being a member of the previous total tech support membership, the new Total Tech is just wonderful. Within 3 days of being upgraded to the new plan (which times perfectly with my annual renewal) I already save HUNDREDS- no joke. I love the new services included, the extra discounts on select items and the support. Excellent Best Buy thank you.

Best Buy Total Tech and protection are worth every dollar!

I purchased this plan as protection for my Grandkids who have received computers upon graduation from high school for their college uses. Neither they nor I have to worry if a computer goes down in the first two years.

I liked it a lot more when it had installation benefits.

This membership has been worth it - member prices, plus unlimited Geek Squad help is a huge benefit. Also getting protection plans on our purchases is great.

First I love the fact that every purchase is covered under one policy. You don't have to guess if you bought coverage for which items. Also gives you peace of mind that I don't have to worry about any problems that may arise and it costing a fortune to diagnose and/or fix.

My membership helped me with several issues I had in the recent months. I feel it was totally worth having this membership, it would've been quite costly without it. It was worth every penny of membership cost. I hope I don't need as much help in the near future, but I feel confident with my renewal they will be there for me again.

In this day and age electronics are the norm. So having a membership with Best Buy is definitely the way to go!

Works really well, running multiple games and compiling code at the blink of an eye. I highly recommend this laptop, its performance is truly outstanding. The only concern is that with the performance it runs incredibly hot, even the charger brick gets very hot to the touch. Would recommend to any serious gamer or coder that needs a portable desktop.

This membership is a real value, member, exclusives, member value, and it’s well worth the money, the workers are a great help!! my purchase was very easy to make with the help of the workers and I know that my material is covered. If anything gets broken, I have a toddler, so that’s a really big possibility!

I love Best Buy because they have the Best Buys on electronics, computers and printers and more. They also have Geek Squad which helps you to set up and keep your equipment operating well.

Review: A year ago I made a purchase of a Sony TV, and to say the experience has been frustrating would be an understatement. The TV malfunctioned within the initial month. I had high hopes for Best Buy's Total Tech service, especially given the substantial amount of money I've spent there over the years. Pros: The technician Best Buy sends is pleasant, technical, and always fixes the problem. Cons: The TV has had repeated issues, from system board malfunctions to intermittent outages. Best Buy Total Tech service, although responsive, has been unable to provide a lasting solution. There's an exasperating policy around returns, where apparently, the product must break a specific number of times before it's considered eligible for a return. Even after meeting this criterion, I faced reluctance and an insinuation that I might be the cause of the issue. Inconsistent information provided by the customer service each time I reached out for support. Conclusion: As a long-time patron of Best Buy who's recently invested over $15,000 in appliances and entertainment gear, the service I've received on this occasion has been deeply disappointing. While I appreciate the efforts of the technician who came out multiple times, the core issue remains unsolved. It feels as though I've been left with a 'lemon' TV and have been ping-ponged around without a concrete solution. I genuinely hope that Best Buy reevaluates its after-sales service and return policies. Loyalty is earned through consistent positive experiences, and this ordeal has surely tainted my view.

I purchased my Totaltech membership because I am NOT tech savy. I love the Geek Squad! They have helped me numerous times with technical issues with my laptop and cell phone. They are very patient and so knowledgeable. I also called and had them come to my home for a problem with my smart tv! I would highly recommend Totaltech membership to everyone!
