Ever since i joined MY BEST BUY TOTAL i have been saving more money than i expected especially since i am a huge gamer and into electronics.

this service entails a home survey visit prior to purchasing an appliance where the technician measures the opening to make sure the new appliance fits. The technician who visited my home to check on the double oven gave me the wrong information. I purchased the wrong oven, and installed the wrong oven. then I had to pay $350 to uninstall the oven. After that visit, I was very careful to make sure the appliances I buy fit the existing space. I used this membership to install a double oven, and an electric cooktop. Overall I think the membership is worth it if u will buy more than one appliance in a year because delivery, installation, and haul away is included.

I love this service! Geek Squad always helps and having the extra protection for my devices adds such a sense of security for all my Best Buy purchases.

Very happy with my membership. It offers great savings and geek squad is always ready to help when needed. We’ve had a membership for a few years and have always felt it was a good deal.

Now, I don't really care for the new tiered membership plan because it removed the majority of the benefits from TotalTech (i.e. FREE TV Installations/Mounting, car installs, etc.). Still, I renewed to keep my current purchases covered but may not renew after this year..

Yesterday, I went to the store and had a heart-breaking experience with the staff. I went to address the slowness of my laptop. There was no one in line, but four Best Buy employees were chatting behind the counter. Finally, someone started talking to me. I was told that they would need five days to check my laptop. I informed them that I couldn't wait for five days for one laptop and that I needed the second laptop back by Sunday evening (48 hours). I asked if they could scan it with Best Buy tools, but the answer was NO. I also asked if I could get my laptop back by 7:00 PM on Sunday, and the answer was again NO. He claimed that if it was in the middle of an upgrade, they couldn't pull it out. Last month, I bought an Apple laptop. Before the purchase, I was told there would be free data transfer. I left my old laptop and the new Apple laptop at the store and booked an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, they hadn't even started the work and told me there were no guarantees for another four days. These employees seemed to do everything possible to defeat the purpose of supporting customers. Yesterday, I immediately went to Staples, where the tech fixed both laptops in 1 hour and 10 minutes. I am going to cancel my subscription because of the staff's refusal to provide service and their efforts to hinder clients. I will not step into this store for the rest of my life and will share my experience in public reviews. Shame on you for wasting clients' time. The employees I dealt with included one female employee, Navid, and Jonathan (the supervisor). Navid refused to give me the female employee's name.

So im new to pc gaming and total tech has been emensly helpful. They help me keep my pc maintained cleaning any software problems and even built my pc for me after I purchased all the parts. Also extended warranty like when my xbox elite pro 2 broke ghey replaced it at no editional cost. If your a gamer this is a must

I'm so glad that the sales person talked me into buying the membership. I had to return my computer to be replaced two days after the store return policy had expired.

The manager, Sean, at the Webster, TX location convinced me to buy the membership. For every question or doubt, he communicated a benefit. I purchased it in May. Since then, I purchased a new vehicle and upgraded my car audio and security system. I saved hundreds on installation labor and protection plans. It has paid for itself within two months of the purchase.

Already seeing the benefits of the membership. Purchased a new whirlpool stove oven and after getting it delivered and installed found that there is a manufacturer defect in it. Best Buy has already set up a replacement and will bring it out and install . This was very easy and seamless. So thankful.

The young man that helped me was very polite patient and did everything possible to help me. I usually don’t have patience or feel the salesperson don’t have patience but I got the red carpet treatment with Jacob. The world needs more people like this.

This is a great product if you are buying big ticket items as they install and take away old and that’s a big deal. If they damage the item they’re responsible for it so always use this when you have large purchases. It’s well worth it.
