The young man that helped me was very polite patient and did everything possible to help me. I usually don’t have patience or feel the salesperson don’t have patience but I got the red carpet treatment with Jacob. The world needs more people like this.

This is a great product if you are buying big ticket items as they install and take away old and that’s a big deal. If they damage the item they’re responsible for it so always use this when you have large purchases. It’s well worth it.

I bought this to protext my investment since ther eis 2 screens and some accessories it felt like a must to me

I bring my computer in for a simple Power Source issue. Told that my computer was OLD. Even though it's been running fine until I could not insert the cord. Then the claim that they did a diagnosis and that it was my "Mother Board" I also couldn't help to notice that 2 other customers had been "Up-sold" into purchasing new computers from the store. This is what they were doing to me. I had already bought a computer 7 months prior. I began having flashbacks of years ago. When I was told that I needed a "Modem," & my backup external drive was erased. Another customer in line said to me. "You have to teach them".

Used at different time for different purchases. It covers the installation of items also.

I live in a small rural town and love that the Geek Squad will come out to my home to address my problems.
