Misled via chat and in writing on BestBuy site. I purchased this Best Buy tech to gain access to the exclusive member ps5 purchase. I reached out twice via chat to ensure this purchase would guarantee me a ps5 purchase. That was not the case. Even the last chat person said they were unclear of the verbiage and it wasn’t written out correctly. So, I dropped 200 bucks and was going to drop another 499 for the ps5. Now I’m left with the 200 dollar tech purchase I didn’t need. This is wrong Best Buy!!! Make it right!

I got jipped out of $200 between two TV'S due to holiday rules that cut my 60 day Total Tech price match time down from 60 days despite being told at the time of purchase that I'd have 60 days - not X days up until a holiday and then if the holiday extends past those 60 days, I'd lose that time rather than the time picking back up after the holiday. I was also told that price matching starts from the day of installation of the TV when I purchased Total Tech and my Best Buy Visa card only to later be told that it is from the day the TV leaves the store. So by doing Geek Squad a favor by taking a TV home, just to sit in my basement until they showed up, I lost out on $200. I could have inconvenienced Best Buy and returned both TV's, forcing them to go open box and sell the returned TV's for less money, and then repurchased the same TV's from Best Buy at a discount. Then had Geek Squad waste more time to come out and mount them a second time. Very disappointed by the lack of clarity of the program and I 100% will be canceling my Total Tech membership. I gave Best Buy more than 4 grand in 4-6 weeks just to be lied to/not given the whole truth.
