I’ve saved a lot of money the past few years with the total tech membership. I understand that it might seem costly at first, but you get free warranties and AppleCare on products you purchase. Overall it is worth the cost due to the amount you save!

The Geek Squad transferred the data from the old dell to the new dell laptop. This squad checked everything at no cost . Saved the Church of Christ of Billings a lot of money. This total membership is the real deal.

From the moment we were first introduced to My Best Buy Total Membership, we knew our computers, tablets, and phones would be in excellent working condition with a mere text, email, or call to Best Buy's Geek Squad.

Even though I have had issues with two products, the Total Membership has been very supportive and quick to cover and send Techs, and/or replacements, without extra charges. The yearly fee is certainly worth having this level of insurance for all the products I buy.

Used to be great but now we have to pay for service calls. This might be OK, but at $99 a call, it is a little high. Would be better if it was around $40, especially when they are just coming out to evaluate the problem. Also, the phone customer service is bad. Way to long wait times. Foreigners are nice enough, high in empathetic platitudes, low on actual solutions. Really should be back to USA based customer service. No more language barriers. It's hard to believe that someone on the other side of the world really cares about my refrigerator delivery.

It’s a great service for anyone especially, someone like me. The benefit is amazing and the customer support is outstanding. I use it and can’t imagine not having it. Also, there are so many ways I can use my membership.

We brought a close out tv from the news paper and it only lasted three months. With Best Buy protection of five years I have no worries. I brought a open box that came broken. We return it to the nearest Best Buy. Best Buy total tech give us a brand new tv. Our brand new tv works great because we had Best Buy protection. Other sellers don’t offer protection! Buy Best Buy protection saved our expense purchase!
